I usually have lunch at one of the 5 Guys Burger branches, and as usual today, I placed my regular order, which is clearly shown on the receipt. Whether the order is a combo or not, the price remains the same. Then I ordered a drink , and unexpectedly, the cashier requested that I pay the full price for the drink separately. I handed her the receipt to verify, explaining that the price does not change whether it's part of a combo or not. She insisted that I hadn't paid for the drink and stated that this is the policy at this location.
I was disappointed by the time wasted during this misunderstanding. I would like to express my concern regarding the lack of consistency in service and the inconvenience caused, which reflects poorly on customer experience. I kindly advise reviewing the procedures to ensure clarity and fairness in transactions, and I regret having to spend valuable time resolving such a matter. For the sake of efficiency and customer satisfaction, I would recommend improving staff training and communication to better respect customers' time and expectations.

It was my first time trying out the five guys burger and fries honestly, overpriced I paid $14 for a cheeseburger no fries no drink. Still in-N-Out is one of the top burgers in the state definitely In-N-Out very affordable way more tastier, and fresh. Sorry, five guys this is my honest opinion !!

Same quality that the franchise espouses. Quickly gets filled up with customers during the weekday lunch rush. Still had room for a baby and stroller. The outdoor patio was a nice touch.
A cheeseburger is actually a DOUBLE cheeseburger with all the fixings (if you want them)! If you got some expendable money to spend then go ahead and get a burger and fries here because after tax be prepared to pay over $20. I'd rather spend just over $8 at McDonald's for a double quarter pounder with cheese deluxe and save about $5+ but that's me! The fries are good, not great, but good!

Watch out In and Out, wayyy better than you! My patty melt was delish and my husband said his double cheeseburger was Great. Fries were tasty and they give you lots! Two thumbs up we will be back with our family!

The burger was juicy and loaded with flavor, and the fries were some of the best I’ve had—crispy, salty, and served in a paper bag like old times. I liked that you can customize your toppings without any extra charge. What I didn’t love was how loud it got inside, and the wait felt longer than expected even though it wasn’t super busy. Also, the prices seemed a bit steep for a fast-casual spot, but hey, at least the food delivered

For to-go orders, make sure your food is all there before you leave!! We were in a hurry so we didn't check our bags when we got our order. Turns out we were missing a large fry and two of the regular cheeseburgers only had one patty each. Not sure how we'd know patties were missing unless we unwrapped the burgers to check, though. Put a damper on our evening meal.
