First time visiting them on the old Alameda Naval Air base. Initially, had a hard time looking for them as there were so many detours on the old base but finally found them right where they said they would be: 2400 Monarch. Couldn't miss them at all since the truck is a cool super orange color. Walked up and put in an order with Amethyst, who by the way, is the SUPER COOLEST barista you could ever chop it up with; she is THE BOMB!!! Super duper friendly and quick on the make. Amethyst made it worthwhile when we were there. The mochas we ordered were velvety smooth and the pastries were exquisite; even got a bag of the Bauhaus to take home and try with our pour over kit. Will definitely be back or visit them in Oakland. THANK YOU HIGHWIRE COFFEE!!!
