Service and bubble waffles were good, but the tea I had (oolong milk tea, literally one of the basics) had almost no tea flavour and tasted like watered down milk. Do yourself a favor and head down to the Yifang at South shore.

Came here with the kids before and enjoyed our drinks and food was meh. Tonight I ordered our fries and was charged the price of a bacon cheese fries. I was told it’s the same price as a regular one. It’s the smaller things done that can impact a business’s integrity! Disappointing.

This store has no sense of loyalty or the customer is always right. I’ve been going there for years. I was in a hurry so i called in my order. They refused to give me my earned free drink for their stamp program and refused ti credit me the stamps just because i quote called in the order. But i paid in store.

After a fun round of mini golf, we arrived just before closing time, and the staff welcomed us without hesitation. Despite the late hour, they treated us warmly, making us feel completely at ease. The team was fantastic, and the boba was equally impressive.

1st time I had the #B7 jasmine green milk tea, 30% sugar, less ice, no Boba. It was perfect.
2nd time I returned (2 weeks later) I ordered the same exact drink. It was totally watered down. It lacked any jasmine green tea flavor. It tasted of milk & water. There was a very slight taste of jasmine green tea. It was disappointing. Threw it in the trash. Waste of $. What happened?
