I ordered the Y8 Lobster Ball at Itea Alameda, but it was very hard to bite and seemed over-fried. Unfortunately, I could barely eat it. I hope next time the lobster ball can be cooked more gently. Overall, I really appreciate the good service and enjoyed all the other items I ordered.

I love the frosty litchi. I get it every time I am back in the Bay. The service is quick and no nonsense. The food items are great too, I especially love the squid balls which are seasoned perfectly every time.

When I was buying boba, one of the Employee was being very rude and threw the money and also keep looking at me and Finally keep acting like I’m poor i just forgot my Credit card.

The food/ drink was good but, one of the employee was being very rude the employee threw the money and also keep shouting at me just because I don’t know English and also keep looking at me for no reason I don’t know why she wasn’t being respectful to me, she don’t do the same thing to other people she makes me feel like I’m dumb and if she don’t treat me like that, then I don’t treat her like that and I want the boss to fired her one last time I don’t want her to get fired but she treated me so rude and she also make me feel dumb really really dumb and I will never come to IT ever and ever again.

I ordered two drinks w/ boba and extra jelly. Almost 7:40 pm after I get off work. And I am a regular customer always buy two drinks with always extra toppings. On Thursday 6/12/2025 I was waiting 10 minutes to get my order and no even busy at all! Only me and someone picking up there order. And I saw the 2 customers order and there order is done past. So I get up and ask is my order is ready? My order just sitting there and asked me if I order food and I said no! She's is the one take my order and what happened to the tic

Service and bubble waffles were good, but the tea I had (oolong milk tea, literally one of the basics) had almost no tea flavour and tasted like watered down milk. Do yourself a favor and head down to the Yifang at South shore.
