We came on National Smoothie Day for their $1 smoothie promotion. Line was out the door for a while. Even with how busy they were, I was impressed by the professionalism and patience the whole staff had during such a busy time. Simple yet tasty smoothies.

The cashier who served me at 9:42 this morning was an angel and treated me like a king even though I looked like crud because I got robbed today. I paid for my drink she treated me like a king and this place is blessed. Please visit here and if you see a young Asian lady working the morning shift around 10am on a Monday please give her nice tips for me because all I could afford was my drink this morning. Thank you for blessing me and treating me like a rich man even though I barely had enough to cover my drink. Love you stranger!

Just came back to this location after a year, so happy with the service this time, the guy who took my order helped me to update my app and he took the time to explain me how to get points and redeem my offers, I will definitely give them another try and already recommended to my friends to stop at this location šŸ‘Œ

I wanted a good old Jamba Juice, walk in the place. It smell like a little rotten fruit. Spoil my appetite.

This Jamba Juice is a mess. The employees are unwelcoming and don’t know how to make basic smoothies nor know how to follow basic recipes given to them. I ordered a large and my server only filled the cup 3/4 of the way full. I had to ask, ā€œthat’s it?ā€ And said, ā€œoh I made it short. Can add moreā€. Yes, duh, add more. Added way too much peanut butter for volume and made the drink nearly undrinkable and didn’t even apologize. Will never go back. Jamba Corporate, get it together at this location.

been here before, and people help me get the right drink with adjustments to minimize sugar content. I had forgotten the specific drink and adjustment but maybe they could help this time the worker there seemed exhausted, i was told, "Everything here is a minimum 80 grams of sugar." That kind of statement pretty much closed my opportunity to inquire further and get help with an order so i left. Jamba Juice is not healthy, I get it now.

Horrible customer service! I waited 6 minutes until someone approached me to pick up my order and the disturbing part was my order was never made. Then the 4 girls finally decided to work and made my drinks after 15 minutes when they were supposed to be ready and to top it off they tasted Horrible!! I was nasty in there the counter and the floor. Don't go to southshore jamba juice horrible and a waste of money!! They need to shut it down! Sad I had no choice but to give them a star in order to post this!!

me and my friend went here and it turns out that they didn’t accept bills over $20, but we only had a $50 bill and roughy 6 dollar bills. the cashier was so kind and understanding that she accepted our dollar bills but still made us each a drink. we didn’t get her name but she’s actually the sweetest ???? highly recommend the mango-a-go-go and peanut butter moo’d!!

Terrible service. No one greeted us when we walked in. Worker refused to make my FRESH ginger shot. They tried giving me presqueezed juice from the morning that has been sitting out for hours. I asked nicely twice if they could make it fresh and the girl told me no. Ended up getting a refund and left. From a former Jamba Juice general Manager you shouldn’t refuse to make a fresh shot just because you already cleaned the machine. I came in HOURS BEFORE they were going to close. Just lazy. Mind you, my friend and I were the ONLY customers in the store. I also reached out to Jamba support over a week ago and no one bothered to reach out to me.

Leaving this review hoping someone will see it and send feedback to the company.I’m not sure if the item changed or if this is just a bad batch, but I always get the Cheddar Tomato Twist and lately it’s extremely dry with almost no tomato sauce or cheese. It’s very different from the usual how it was before and I don’t think I can keep ordering it anymore. For the past 3 weeks it’s been like this, kinda sad tasting.Not a review of the staff whatsoever, just the product change.
