This is my new favorite old school coffee shop / diner. Super friendly staff. Cute interior. I ordered an iced latte, grilled chicken sandwich with fruit. I was in heaven. My server was a nice gal who looks like Avril Lavigne. She deserves a raise. All of the staff were great. Will be coming back.
The only downside to this place is their portions are so big, so you definitely will get more than what you pay for. :)

Great portions, burger was a sloppy mess, felt like I was fighting the burger from sliding apart, all the toppings falling out the other end with every bite but was well worth the price.

Hospitality was great the moment I stepped in the door and even though I ordered to go the service & staff went above and beyond with a smile 😃 I didn't feel like I was even in alameda anymore I just felt warm the food was great once I got to eat it & was still hot I will definitely be back with my family because we loveeee diners because of the specifics each one offers but JIM'S IS DEFINITELY TOP 5!and only 11 mins from home what a hidden Gem 💎 😀

Perfect scrambled eggs. Perfect home style potatos. The first bite of the gravy was creamy n very flavorful. It was kinda thick tho. Very much stick to ur bones.
