Why dont you sell Palabok at this location?.... anyways, fries are mediocre... they are limp, and soggy, zero crisp... a lot of things on the menu are mediocre... but I will say, the best fried chicken you can get! You cant deny that their fried chicken is next level.

It's another Popeyes. Same flavor. The shopping center is great. They get slow on the rush and look panicked. I think the manager is not communicating enough to her crew. Excellent crew.

I tried to schedule for an order to come in 2.5 hours and it wasn’t until it was almost the store’s closing time when I was notified that they cancelled the order and I tried to place it again but it got cancelled again so I called the store to ask if they have payment on delivery because from my order a month ago I was previously aware that im not allowed to use apple pay cuz it doesnt work. They told me that none of this was in their control so there wasnt really anything they could do and if I wanted I can order through uber eats but the whole reason why I order through the app was because I want to claim the points, and then they said they cant print the receipts to claim points after a certain time and had I placed the order before 9pm then they would’ve been able to print it for me, but the whole thing was that I DID place the order in advance, I set a scheduled delivery and it wasn’t my fault that it wasn’t until 1 hr and 45 mins later until i was notifed that my order has been cancelled. And so by this time the store is 45 mins away from closing and there wasn’t anything I could do anymore. They said I could do a pick-up instead but if I could do a pick-up I would’ve done a pick-up but the whole point is that I’m not able to so I was willing to pay the $9.95 delivery fee. In the end I wasn’t able to place my order at all. I know they probably weren’t aware of the whole situation so I tried to be as respectful as I could during that conversation, but I felt the need to express this frustration here since it is primarily a website/app issue. Today was a really frustrating experience for me especially since I felt like I did everything I could to work around the app’s payment issue (I ordered in advance and didn’t use apple pay like I was previously advised not to), and yet in the end I was not given any sort of resolution to this problem.
I submitted this exact paragraph to the app’s feedback section and got a response a day later where they essentially told me to restart the app, redowbload the app, clear the cache, or to try a different browser. To me, this isn’t a solution to my problem. I need this payment issue fixed because this has been a running problem. Thank you.

I saw in the email that they were serving Korean BBQ fried chicken and decided to give it a try. We also got six pieces of spicy fried chicken in case we didn't like the Korean BBQ flavor.
The Korean BBQ flavor was alright; it was flavorful, but did not hit the spot for some reason. Their spicy friend chicken tasted great as always.
The only downside was that we ordered two buckets of fried chicken, but they only gave us two napkins in the bag.

My first time stopping at this place to grab a quick bite… spicy deluxe chicken sandwich was amazing! Pineapple juice and fries a must! Definitely coming back for more!
The food and location are great. The Korean barbecue sandwich did not fail to impress. The tables and restrooms are always filthy though and I constantly have to ask staff to pls clean a table. Even then today I had to do it myself with a bad back since it was still dirty and they skipped the oily seats since there’s lots of children. They’re very nice however even if they can’t clean a table properly. This place would get a perfect score if they kept it clean.

It seems like they switched to a system with a display screen rather than a buzzer for orders. When I got there they said that the wait would be around 20 - 30 minutes to complete. I took a walk outside of the store thinking it would take at least 20 minutes as a result.
When I got back, I saw that my order was still pending. But after waiting past the 30 minute mark I went and checked if my order was ready. It took a bit to flag down an employee to ask (everyone seemed to turn their eyes away) but when I finally got to ask, the employee seemed to be defensive, insisting that she was calling my number multiple times, saying the order was done for a while. In that case why does the display show that my order was still pending? Yes, I should have just gone up to ask to see if my number had been called yet, even if everyone was very busy. But if you aren't going to use the system why have it?
Not to mention the 4 piece chicken tender had the smallest 4 pieces I've ever seen.
