Not worth the money. Guy at the counter not trying to understand what I am asking him and just proceeds to make the order wrong with saying: ,, yes u like it “. I spent over 40 dollars. Got charged 4 dollars for extra chicken but the eggs were missing from the original meal. Like what?! And only Two slices of plantain. There was another guy getting a whole refund on his order all mad. That should have been the sign to go somewhere else! Chicken is all just bone. The noodles were good.

I recently ordered for pickup after having not ordered since my move out of the bay in March. I was really disappointed with the quality of the food, since this is a restaurant I’ve frequented over the last three years. I now live in a food desert and was looking forward to the well combines flavors and and spices I craved over the last nine months. My husband agreed to drive to the restaurant during his commute home from work, a hour plus commute. My favorite jollof rice was old ,smelled rancid, the meat was too hard and not very flavorful. My egusi was ok, this experience was not like before, food was not bursting with flavor. I was so sad to have spent $50 on my favorite food to be let down horribly. My husband also mentioned the staff was not very friendly to a black American customer.

This restaurant put me on to Nigerian food and restored my will to live. I’ve had almost everything on the menu. Arrive early because options are limited around closing time. Also, they will include utensils if you ask. You’ll spend between $30-35 per person.

Whenever I come here, the owner ALWAYS has a SMILE on his face & is very friendly! This makes the experience here, all the better! The egusi soup is SO delicious!! I wish I could have taken the whole pot of it home with me!! The flavors were fresh, bold and very tantalizing to my pallet... I will always come back as long as Jolly Jolly keeps their food enjoyable and consistent !

confusing menu! Got the bole combo, which is described as 'fried yam, plantain and fish', but the server insisted on charging extra for ... fish. And then the minimum tip was 15%, because
