The food was good and the service was great! Leena was very helpful. Booking the reservation was easy, and when our party needed to change something, Malaya tea room was very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience!
Ambiance and the sandwiches I would say are the highlight of an afternoon tea at Mayala. Why is this place not 5 stars? Personally have low back pain and the chairs/ benches are very uncomfortable to sit in for a long period of time. The tea I don’t feel they steep enough leaves, the flavors of the tea is very watered down. Quaint place with a delicious afternoon tea that has an ethnic twist. Very much enjoyed their curry chicken sandwich, Kaya sandwich, and Malaysia pulled tea (available on the weekends)
