Cute place. The selection of teas is very extensive. For those looking for the instagrammable blue/purple colored tea, that’s the “butterfly pea flower” tea. This tea is blue in color. When you add lemon to it, the color changes to purple. This tea is a herbal tea - so doesn’t quite have a “tea”taste but that’s expected with herbal teas usually. Love love love! Malaya tea room provided my group with our own teas, delicious bites, and quick service. The place is so cozy and literally everything I ate was fresh and yummy. They really have the tea service thing dialed in. Been to lots of tea services in the bay and Malaya is a new favorite.
