Absolutely the best Thai food in Alameda! The food is delicious, great portions, and clearly made with love. Phi Phi is incredibly sweet and makes you feel like part of the family the moment you walk in. This place is a true gem and I highly recommend everyone to try it!

I’ll come back when y’all start using Mary’s chicken again…. Spend the money and buy the best quality ingredients for your customers and stop taking the cheaper route

Really good. REEEAAAALLLY GOOD!
May Thai's food was beyond delicious! My tongue actually tingled up on contact with the spices and I don't even like spicy food! What happend? I cannot emphasize hard enough how crazy delightful the whole experience was. I want the staff to move in next door to me. Every patrain seemed to know the staff and several were greeted with hugs and huge smiles. If you're in the Park Street of Alameda area and don't come here.... I can't testify as a character witness so don't even ask.

My taste buds have never experienced the incredible overt and subtle in Thai food like this!
Chef came out and added her expertise about gaining even better flavor combinations. Love this place! Service excellent.

Restaurantji Recommends
Visited here for lunch with family. Prices are reasonable with good portions. We ordered chicken satay, yellow curry, green curry, pad me mao and pineapple fried rice. Food was very tasty. Very good service. Restaurant is well maintained. Highly recommend this place.

One of my new favorite Thai restaurants in the Bay. The menu is huge and has a mix of expected dishes, but also really unique things. The three things we ordered (Pad See Ew, Pineapple Fried Rice, and Taro Puffs) were all delicious. The taro puffs were like slightly sweet empanadas. The Pad See Ew had lots of veggies and eggs which I loved. The customer service was also great. While we were eating, two groups walked in at 5 min before closing, but instead of being annoyed, the staff was still welcoming. There was a little bit of a wait for our food, but the waitress had let us know before we even sat down that they were running a little behind that night (plus it was Saturday.) I’m definitely looking forward to going back.
