In Halloween party such a welcoming people. They plaid Farsi music song for karaoke. My friend song Persian song. She was really excited and happy. Thank you all Berkeley ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I travel to many countries for work and stopped this location. It’s clean inside and outside, fast service. The chicken sandwich was a little flattened and seemed premade vs made to order. The fries 🍟could of used about 20 seconds more in the fryer as some were a little raw and limp. I also noticed they don’t salt the fries? Maybe for health reasons in the USA ? Also they dont sell different sizes of fries. I asked for a packet of salt. They ran out of Coca Cola. Connected to the complimentary WIFI 🛜 but it does not work. It was fine for the experience at this location but will not return.

Ordered a dine in meal at kiosk, took a number and waited. Employee seemed mad I didn't immediately hear him yelling my number as I thought it would be brought to table. Everything packed to go. While eating other employee was cleaning and sprayed cleaner on table inches from my food and sweeping under our feet while we tried to eat.

The service is excellent, and the staff works quickly. They are very friendly. There is a nice play area for kids, but they need to improve the cleanliness of the tables.
Took 45 minutes just to get 5 things. We got two McChickens, 2 McFlurries and 10 nuggets and waited 45 minutes, and they messed up the order 3 times

This is probably one of the most pleasant McDonalds I've been too. One of the managers (a guy with curly hair) is always very attentive and will actually ask you if everything is alright or if you're waiting he'll check on you order for you. The view of the bay and hills makes for a wonderful backdrop as well. 👍🏿

they are taking advantage of having customers park in the mobile customers designated area to throw off the numbers of the timers because they make you wait and then they clear the orders from the computer and still my order wasn’t correct after waiting 15 minutes plus. do better work harderoen faste
