Alameda needs more beer gardens like this. Park Social has such a good vibe — open, friendly, and relaxed. Great beer selection, and the popcorn chicken is honestly the best I’ve ever had. Wish it was right on the beach with a bay view, but still one of my favorite spots in town.

Park station is a great concept but executed very poorly. At every single visit, the beertenders have to break their neck to check their own menu for every single option. They seem verv ill - informed on breweries or specific beers that they carry and dont have any recommendations or knowledge for what you are ordering. This place may as well be self serve.

The items are fine. But the place is SWARMING with kids like a children’s playground. I WISH I was exaggerating! I walked by a couple other times to see if there was any change but I still have not yet figured out what day might be the best day to go that it doesn’t look like a literal preschool field trip. It’s extremely overwhelming having a beer right next to a group of kids playing frisbee. If they ever adjust the hours in such a way that restricts kids from going after a certain hour or if they had a No Kids Day once or twice a week, it’d have potential.

Unfriendly, overcrowded, and over hyped. Plenty of other places that are much better, like Almanac and Admiral Maltings to name a few in Alameda. Very off-putting vibe at this place.
Came here on a date. I’m not a huge beer drinker but they had a great selection of wines in addition to their huge selection of beers.
For dinner we shared the truffle oil salad and the seared ahi tuna sandwich. Both were really good.
Really nice vibes inside and outside.
Greatly needed addition to the Park Street area… had a few beers and some snacks… highly recommend!
I've been there twice and the vibes are good. Beer is tasty and ambiance is fun and welcoming for all !!! 4 stars for two reasons.
First.
I don't think the food at Southie was that good. The popcorn chicken was very plain and came with no sauce. The ceviche was small . The confetti cookie was kinda hard.
Second. They should set tables aside for people only eating. Every table was taken with people not eating and so my friend had to stand up and eat her food. Not easy to do with a drink in your hand.

What an awesome new spot! We came by yesterday to check it out, and had a blast: great drinks, great food, great music, great vibe. There was such a lively atmosphere, especially for a weeknight.
We came out because we heard about the live jazz band, and they didn’t disappoint. Happy to hear that they’ll be a fixture there (every other Wednesday) and we’ll be back for sure.
Food from Southie was sooo good — we both got the ahi tuna sandwich and I’m still daydreaming about it. Drinks were also amazing, I got a prickly pear / passionfruit sour that was perfectly juicy and tart.
Welcome to Alameda, Park Station, and we’ll be back soon :)
This is exactly what Alameda has needed for so long!! It’s wonderful! Service is awesome, delicious drinks and life and laughter from corner to corner. See you there!
Great spot
This place is a must go too! It's has the most incredible vibe , the people are happy, the dogs are happy ! And we were so happy! It's just a great vibe !!! Highly recommend!!!
Park Station is exactly what Alameda & Park Street has needed for a while. An answer to Almanac that is within walking distance where people don't need to worry about driving after 2-3 beers.
I've been several times already & can only see the experience improving as time passes.
