Great selection of French and Italian wines. You'll be hard-pressed to find a wine shop in the area that carries such a selection. Highly recommend Park Street Wine Cellars to those who enjoy sophisticated wines.

So glad I found this wine shop...yes it's loaded with French wines and also some amazing Italian wines. The big plus is the owner Christopher who is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to share wine passions with ...always a pleasure to be in alameda and now I have another great reason to travel there from Marin..Check this shop out

Thank You Christopher for your fine wine in Alameda. What Wonderful wines from places such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, Italy and more - as well as domestically. Steven and I were pleasantly surprised at your unpretentious hospitality, your exquisite knowledge and professionalism. You have priced your wines very fair and we will be back! A slice of “Grape Heaven” and Sophistication in our own backyard! BRAVO!

The owner knows the growers & can recommend according to our specific tastes. Spot on!

Amazingly well curated selection of French wine, for every palate and budget. There are a very nice (somewhat smaller, maybe 10-20) set of wines in the 15-20$ range to be drunk tonight. These afforadable wines included some with some real age - 2008, 2009, 2011, all rated ~90 points from reputable reviewers. There's a bigger range of fancy bottles, $25-60, that still represent excellent values and can be drunk immediately or cellared. All in all the store selection covers every French appelation / style (Cote du rhone, burgundy, champagne, bordeaux, pomerol, and more) with interesting finds you'd have trouble getting elsewhere. Every bottle in the store has a description & rating, and Christopher (the proprietor) talked us through our preferences with great ability. He knows everything, and I appreciated that he didn't really try to steer us toward more expensive wines - his selection of affordable bottles are excellent. Highly recommend!

Finally a decent place to get wine in Alameda.

Great shop for French wines, owner is a Rhône fan, but he had good selections from Bordeaux, Burgundy and a few California gems. Reasonable prices, great tasting experience. Nice addition to the Alameda bottle shop scene.

Pretty good little store for wine. Prefer my experiences at Rockwall and SF winery collective. Will try and come back after the store's been opened a while and worked out the kinks.

Awful experience and wines far too pricey. Better off at the myriad other wine retailers, restaurants and wine bars in town.

As soon as you enter this shop, you know that what you're going to get is a meticulously curated selection of the best wines, whether you know a lot or a little about choosing wine. The folks that work there are extremely knowledgeable about all things wine and there wasn't a question I had that couldn't be answered. We're lucky to have this resource in Alameda!
