I placed a pickup order via ChowNow with a scheduled pickup time of 4:40 PM. When I arrived at the store around 4:35 PM, I found it closed. Despite the closure, I was still charged for the order, and no refund has been issued yet. The transaction status shows as completed. Still fighting to get my money back.

Unfortunately this is the second time I’ve been disappointed & my family & I used to love this place. I brought our food home & my brown rice was inedible, hard, cold & a disgusting brick of blah. I tried calling twice so you wouldn’t serve this to anyone else but no one ever answers the phone.If I got through I wouldn’t have posted this. I’m very disappointed & was looking forward to my Poki Bowl & with the high prices we should be getting fresh food. Also please take avocado & wontons off the menu because you never have them & that’s a disappointment too. I’m so sad but looks like I’ll be waiting for my Hawaii trips for my poki fix. 😩🥲

Food things are perpetually unavailable there. The woman at the counter consistently exhibits rudeness and unfriendliness towards clients. She attempted to dictate my order rather than actively listening to me, indicating that she is unsuitable for any customer service position.

I ordered $150 worth of poke for my coworkers and they ruined every item. Missing protiens, put artificial crab on half the orders when no one ordered it, missing rice, tiny portions, and a missing food item... A huge waste of money.

Asian lady with long black hair. Pleeeease tie your hair!! And please treat your customers with kindness… She didn’t say Hi, she didn’t say what can I get you, she did not say thank you. Only thing she said to me was “avocado is out”. Like how do they expect me to tip for this level of service….. I like their pokes but I don’t like to have to talk to someone who seems to be in a bad mood;(

Best bang for your buck. The build your own bowl comes with 3 proteins and as many toppings as you want for $15, and they really load your bowl. The fish is not pre-marinaded, so you can choose your own sauces. All ingredients are fresh and tasty. Highly recommend to get your poke fix. 👌🏼

I drive 20 minutes round trip once a week to get poke here, nothing else compares.
This is one of the few places right now that delivers absolutely satisfying quality AND quantity for the price.
