Rude person taking my order and on top of that on the menu it clearly says that a large pizza is for 31.99 but tried to charge me 35.99 and when I pointed out that the pricing is different she didn’t care and said “we’ll that’s what shows up on the computer” a respectful person would’ve went and got the manager to fix it. Clearly people don’t care about customer service. And another thing was she kept walking away from me when I was trying to order so didn’t end up staying.

We used to visit this location every week, not because the service or hospitality but because our kids really loved their pizza. However, on our last visit employees seemed to be more concerned with policing the behavior of our children, who were simply excited to explore their surroundings. Instead of understanding and accommodating families, they made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable just because some members of our group were young kids.It's disheartening to see a place that claims to cater to families fail so miserably in providing a welcoming atmosphere. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience with their loved ones.Kid-friendliness: Do not attend with kids

Growing up, round table pizzas was always a treat bc it was pricer than other Pizza places but they tasted better. The Food was good, Customer Service was meh, but it's a chain restaurant so we kind of expected that. Brought the kids here after school and they loved the pizza here.
For dinner we ordered a medium chicken garlic pizza, two dozens of wings and garden salad. It was tasty and filling for two. The staff were friendly and the order came out pretty fast. The building is pretty spacious and kept clean. Located in a shopping center this round table pizza is easy to spot. There's plenty of parking spots both on the street and in front of the restaurant.

Ordered a medium pizza earlier this week, the pizza was good , the price was fair based on how costly everything is today. Ordering over the phone was easy and hassle free. At pick up the space was clean , nothing to complain about in my opinion. Thank you.

Great Customer Service. The OG & ladies who answer the phone at the location super cool. Very attentive and really nice. I didn't realize they were closing, they still took my phone order & allowed me to pick up with no attitude. I sincerely apologized to the ladies they were so sweet. Fresh Pizza, wings & breadsticks the last 3 orders I've had with them.

Excellent salad bar, friendly staff and the pizza was delicious. Usually get the King Arthur's Supreme Pizza ( combo pizza) but had the Chicken and Garlic Supreme this time. Very good! They run a nice lunch special too.

We were out here and had a great time. The pizza was delicious ? The salad ? was fresh too. Nice team running it. We'd go back. Except for the square booth tables, the sitting is too far back. I hope they fix that.

The pizza was pretty good, but the staff was inattentive. I stood at the front counter for about five minutes before an employee acknowledged my presence. Meanwhile, an employee that was likely on break stood behind the counter, just 3 feet away looking at her phone and never looked up or acknowledge my presence. I feel as though if you're going to take a break you should do that in your break room or in a public area. If you're going to stand behind the counter, at least acknowledge the presence of customers even if you're not going to help them. The dining room was dirty. Several tables needed to be bussed, and the floor needed to be swept. A homeless man was sleeping in one of the booths the entire time I was there. Overall a poor dining experience. If I buy a pizza from this location again, it would be for takeout.
