The drinks are always great! This recent visit we purchased one of the smiski toys at the register and after opening we discovered it was fake/a knockoff. For $10.99 it was very disappointing!

We live close by so when my wife craves bubble tea we come here but I can taste the powder in the Taro each time I get it.

husband surprised me with a taro milk tea, it looked dark I thought that was strange. tasted it and they didn't even put the almond milk in as requested, all I tasted was tea.

Good boba tea. I don't recommend the calamari, it looked like it came from one of those frozen bags. Very disappointed, they used to make it differently before.

The customer service here is horrible, after kindly asking if they can remake my drink cause they opened it, they refused to do so and tried to not only serve the open drink to me they also accused me of stealing the drink even though I paid for it. When they finally made it they mixed in other things that didn't go in the drink and so I asked for them to remake it again and they started arguing with me. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will not be going back.
