Drinks are really good here. Don't skimp looking at the "special " drinks. I normally go for the rose milk tea 80% sweet or the strawberry with ice cream. Both good. Will be expanding my order next time

I had an absolutely delightful visit to this boba shop today. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional service provided by Derrick, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. His kindness and attentiveness truly made my day. I ordered the Strawberry Smootea, and it was not only delicious but also made to perfection. The ambiance of the shop was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a refreshing boba drink. I can't recommend this place enough, thanks to Derrick for their outstanding service. It's a solid 5-star experience!

The yakult mango didn't feel like there was enough yakult. It wasn't creamy. The popcorn chicken was very garlicky and was just ok- not as good as other places. The waffle fried was good. The place is quite large. There's no air-conditioning though. Service is what you expect from an Asian place. No frills.

The customer service here is horrible, after kindly asking if they can remake my drink cause they opened it, they refused to do so and tried to not only serve the open drink to me they also accused me of stealing the drink even though I paid for it. When they finally made it they mixed in other things that didn't go in the drink and so I asked for them to remake it again and they started arguing with me. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will not be going back.

Does not follow proper sanitation standards. Employee tried taking my drink for himself then after asking where my drink was they tried serving me an opened drink. Staff is not friendly.

A lot of places are a little skimpy on the tapioca and this one gives you lots of large, well cooked beads. I hate when you bite into them and they're undercooked and this place is always perfect!!
Boba was good! Slight honey flavor- not too sweet! I enjoyed the lychee black tea I got here.

I have my loyalties towards Boba Binge. However, I saw that Rare Tea was having a BOGO deal so I decided to try it. I got the Grapefruit Green Tea, I honestly was not expecting it to taste the way it did. I ordered boba & grass jelly. My first initial sip, it was BITTER. Like, I get it. Could be from the grapefruit but to me, it was not my jam. I can see why it's BOGO free lol! My grass jelly was a huge blob. It didn't separate like normal grass jelly would. Like when you suck out the boba you should be getting grass jelly too! But nope, I had to literally rip the top open and eat the jelly. Lol. My boyfriend ordered the Taro blended with Oat milk and really liked it. Their popcorn chicken is SO yummy. I'll give them that. Their mozzarella sticks were okay. I love how they give you marinara, but they give you a small size of it. So I had to bust out my ranch and use that for the remaining sticks. They were crispy but they weren't amazing. Like it just tasted like any other frozen mozzarella sticks. The service was pretty quick. I ordered through Uber Eats, but as far as getting my food prepared & ready, it was quick. Overall, would I try this place again? Maybe I'll give it one more try. I did like their popcorn chicken. So maybe I'll try another drink choice. But I won't add grass jelly cause no one wants to drink a big blob

The drinks were decent... but it took them very long time to make our drinks we have waited for at least 20 min. Also they did not have restroom for customers they even told us to go to other restaurants across the street (and there were so many people as well) I know cleaning will take extra works for them... I just hope the complex management company there to consider adding portable restrooms.

Got a taro (oat) milk latte w/ boba. not good...was really watered down :/ felt like i was drinking sugary water. oat milk w/ milk tea tends to be a hit or miss...but i've had it be really tasty so i know it is possible!

We ordered the Thai milk tea with Ice Cream added and a Brown Sugar Boba milk tea. Not worth the money AT ALL. Drinks are one size. Thai milk tea did not come with boba we did pay extra for it since it came with ice cream instead which is a little disappointing considering they’re on the higher side of pricing for everything. My Brown Sugar Boba milk tea was just milk. I did not get the option to adjust sweetness so I assumed it would be 100% sweetness. I made sure to mix it before I drank it. It was not even a different color; just milk white. The boba was weird and soggy and fell apart. All in all the whole trip was just a disappointing way to spend $16 on 2 ‘speciality’ drinks
