At the Alameda Safeway at South Shore on Monday, I saw SO MANY staff either not wearing masks or wearing them below their noses, including the man bagging my groceries. When I asked him to please place his mask over his nose and mouth, he shrugged and said it kept slipping. Why is Safeway management not ensuring that all staff are wearing personal protective equipment? Not that many people in there. I haven’t been out to do grocery shop for 1 and 1/2 week and it’s good for me. Just be mindful and kind to others.
We ordered online from Safeway @ South Shore on Thursday evening. There was no available delivery on Friday, so we set the 5p-7p delivery time for Saturday. By 8p, there was no delivery, but it showed the order was no longer pending. There was, however, no confirmation email & the cost had not been taken from our account.
