Of three beverages two of them were made by mistakes. Instead of Matcha, I got Macchiato, and instead of Latte, I got a double shoot expresso. All beverages were remade, but a Starbucks partner (employee) asked me to trash a coffee twice. My Iced lavender matcha with oat milk was terribly made: Lavender syrup just pumped on the top of milk foam. I tried it first and the last time.Monday morning 04/22/2023

The place is cute and clean with a beautiful friendly climate. The people very friendly. It has tables inside and outside. They did not have the sandwich I ordered nor the croissant with ham and cheese. I would still come back and I will come back.

Its really bad I had to wait 30 minutes for my 1 drink and when people came in a ordered they got their drink first even though I had order online before them.
Good service and well made drinks!
This place used to have a geeat service a while ago, It is getting worse in the last few years. They go out certain items for weeks. When you ask, their responce have attitude. They do not treat everyone with same attitude. I been comming fot ten years inbthe same place. I am glad Alameda got many cofee places.
I’m so glad that pudgy manager Cole doesn’t work there anymore and for the way she treated my sister Dani.
tried to charge me to add milk to my hot tea, if I had ordered coffee they would not have batted an eye. And no I did not want a fog or steamed milk. Corp was all whatever, if the drink order is outside the original way they make it...blah blah blah. If you would not charge a coffee drinker for milk, why are you charging tea drinkers who like to drink tea the English way?

At the Alameda Safeway at South Shore on Monday, I saw SO MANY staff either not wearing masks or wearing them below their noses, including the man bagging my groceries. When I asked him to please place his mask over his nose and mouth, he shrugged and said it kept slipping. Why is Safeway management not ensuring that all staff are wearing personal protective equipment? Alameda is the second Safeway where I've seen this in the last few weeks, and I'm starting to feel like we need to stop shopping there.

Not that many people in there. I haven’t been out to do grocery shop for 1 and 1/2 week and it’s good for me. Just be mindful and kind to others.
We ordered online from Safeway @ South Shore on Thursday evening. There was no available delivery on Friday, so we set the 5p-7p delivery time for Saturday. By 8p, there was no delivery, but it showed the order was no longer pending. There was, however, no confirmation email & the cost had not been taken from our account. We got on the phone & were on hold until 10p, when we gave up. There was no email or call this morning, so now my spouse, who is an older adult, as am I, is now @ the store to buy our groceries for the week.
the coffee is very good
