THE WORST STARBUCKS IN ALAMEDA! The customer service is horrible! Asked for a straw and was told “I’m not on shift yet”. I found a hair in my lid! Gross! I promptly threw that coffee away. Probably because employees with long hair don’t put it up properly, which should be required! Lots of scowling, unfriendly staff who treat customers as a nuisance.

Worst Starbucks in Alameda. ZERO sense of hospitality _ asked for a cup of water and they wanted to charge me saying that water is for paying guests only, SMH...get it together Starbucks, that's totally unacceptable particularly as someone who spends $150/month at your store... Do yourself a favor and go to the South Shore one or any other Alameda Starbucks where employees are actually nice and don't give judgemental dirty looks - as if I'm not tragically hip enough _ super lame Starbucks on Webster!!!

12/4 gals trying to close the shop down 2.5 hours early by shutting down bathroom, clearing out food, leaving bags of trash out front (appearance of store being closed), lights dimmed so it looks closed, intentionally producing slow drinks (20+ min per order) it’s honestly embarrassing to witness. The franchise owner needs to step in and fire the gals working this shift.
Staff are always 10/10. But my god they need to work on their HVAC system, it’s crazy hot in here for no reason where the workers have to fan themselves from the heat.

They continuously get my order WRONG. Every single time I ask for no strawberries.. guess what I receive? STRAWBERRIES. It doesn’t matter if I do an online order or real life order, it’s every single time at this point I think it’s on purpose. HORRIBLE!

Oh, dear, I never thought I’d say this about Starbucks of all places, but my recent experience was just awful! The staff is completely unorganized, and no one seems to know what they’re doing. And that security guard? Rude doesn’t even begin to describe it! He’s always looking at people like he’s judging them, and I couldn’t help but feel treated differently. It’s truly unacceptable.
The whole store feels chaotic. There’s no restroom in the lobby, which is just outrageous, especially when you’re out running errands. On top of that, they gave me the wrong drink and the wrong order! Navigating the store was a headache, and the garage? Oh my, it stinks to high heaven! To make things worse, the officer that’s supposed to be in the garage is never there when you need help. Starbucks, you’ve really let me down this time!
