Horrible experience! First they didn't tell me they didn't have the jalapeno poppers I asked for with my 3 drinks. Furthermore the extremely mad white girl who screamed at me the bathroom was closed! Then the black girl with dreads said leave before I call the cops! Huh? I will never go there again

THE WORST STARBUCKS IN ALAMEDA! The customer service is horrible! Asked for a straw and was told “I’m not on shift yet”. I found a hair in my lid! Gross! I promptly threw that coffee away. Probably because employees with long hair don’t put it up properly, which should be required! Lots of scowling, unfriendly staff who treat customers as a nuisance.

Worst Starbucks in Alameda. ZERO sense of hospitality _ asked for a cup of water and they wanted to charge me saying that water is for paying guests only, SMH...get it together Starbucks, that's totally unacceptable particularly as someone who spends $150/month at your store... Do yourself a favor and go to the South Shore one or any other Alameda Starbucks where employees are actually nice and don't give judgemental dirty looks - as if I'm not tragically hip enough _ super lame Starbucks on Webster!!!
