Love, Love, Love this Starbucks! Trish was really patient with me this morning. Every time I stop by I always leave with a smile because the employees are so thoughtful and kind. Also, I don't understand why there isn't a tip jar! This is the only Starbucks where I've noticed I can't even leave a little something extra. Thanks again!!! And have an amazing day!!!

This was my go to Starbucks. The girl that normally works here always has the best service but sadly today was not the case and she wasn't there so this is not regarding her. I visited Starbucks today 5/13/2023 at 7pm. I asked for a strawberry açaí lemonade with no strawberry chunks to reference this is what the girl wrote on my cup. The first girl to take my order was not paying attention at all to me she was talking to her coworkers. To the point I had to say hello first to get her attention. This bothered me but it wasn't the hugest deal. Anyways so I'm waiting for my drink and I told the girl "oh it's supposed to have no strawberry chunks and with-" before I could say with ice. She said "ok ok ok OK." Like first of all if I wanted to I could've been the biggest bitch but I tried not to be. It's not my fault you or the other girl got my drink wrong. It's also not my fault you work at Starbucks. It's a customer service job bitch. Have some customer service. No one told you anything with attitude so you shouldn't be giving attitude. I already spoke to corporate but felt like it wasn't enough. I will also be leaving a Google review. Get better service skills.

Friendly and welcoming environment. Wait time varies depending on the time and day but Angela is the nicest barista! She always wears a smile on her face and makes my espresso perfect. She deserves a raise!!

It always blows my mind that they don't keep a normal amount of coffee brewed. I get that it's not prime time but waiting 10 min for coffee and then receiving one filled with grounds is not awesome.

We love Starbucks . Everyday I come here with my husband but today was the exception, we order two hot teas and two glasses of water and Mrs. Monica charged us $1 dollar extra for each water. My husband and I were stunned because we are been clients of sturbicks from years and we know by license of Starbucks the water is free, even in Disney where everything is expensive Starbucks don't charge for the water. We feel robbed by this lady, I really don't know where she got that water has a price. I hope this review can be useful Her name is Monica
Super slow service , Asian girl working at the register super rude does not greet anyone of the stuff in the menu they dont have , i wanted a toasted white chocolate mocha grande size lady said cannot sell grande size because we dont have lids or whip cream WTF what so you have thennn? Said i had to buy a venti according to her they where the only lids they had i did not buy anything told her no thanks i did say you guys never have anything and left horrible service they should just closed it down

Never have I ever taste some disgusting frappe very bland n watered down to the point make me want to vomit. Unbelievable I would rate this a negative if I could. DO BETTER!
