I really want to like this Starbucks but in the end the service is just so bad. It is the coolest building and atmosphere. I recommend just ordering through the app and not engaging with the employees.1) I came here to study, stood at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. There are 4 people working and no line - I was the only one standing there. I finally just ordered on the app and my order was ready in a few minutes. They called my name but no one ever looked at me, not once.2) 2 days ago I stopped here on my way to work at 6am. I put in a mobile order before arriving. A male voice asked for my order over the speaker in the drive through and I told him about my mobile order. When I got to the window, it was a good 4-5 minutes before anyone came to the window, and again, it wasn’t busy. When a female employee came to the window she said, “are you waiting for something?” I explained again and they had my order - it was just an odd experience.3) about 2 months ago I stopped at the drive through with my family as we headed out in a road trip and I ordered, in-person, an americano with almond milk but they mistook it for cow milk and it made my husband very sick about an hour into our drive.

This is a unique location. The building itself has a glass roof, and you can enjoy stormy weather from the inside! The front patio often has dogs and sunshine. The drive-thru is conveniently located, and I can grab a drink and head out of town fairly quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful and is quick with your order!

The only reason why I gave this place 2 stars at all was because the place was a nice environment. It was tthe morning staff that was unfriendly. I don't use that term loosely — They were indeed unfriendly and made me feel unwelcomed! On top of it all, they didn't call my name when my coffee was ready, didn't offer to heat my breakfast like they did for other people, and after being ignored for a good 6 minutes, when I asked for napkins, they put them on the end counter farthest from me. It's like they were deliberately trying to convey that I was unwelcome.This has never happened to me before at this location (or amy location, for that matter). I guess that morning crew on that particular day just had a bad start.I'll file a complaint with the company.

Staff is always speedy and friendly. No complaints. Nice to have a quick, convenient, and reliable place to grab a coffee!

Went to this Starbucks today and they ran out of all three pastries we asked for and it's only 3pm. Then the barista didn't add sugar as requested in the drink. The service was real slow and they were not very polite. Would not go here for sure a second time. Then I leave with our pastries and realized they messed up one of the orders and I had to go back to get it corrected by them what a mess. The has been the worst Starbucks customer service I've been to. Do not go.

This is an a very spacious Starbucks with many tables and chairs. Each table has power socket hook up nearby, with nice free WiFi available. It’s a good place for chat or doing computer work. The staffs are very friendly, will come back again when I am around.

drinks are as good as Starbucks gets. The service is horrible, the guy that takes your order is okay but it's all down hill from there. The people that make the drinks need more training in customer service, communication and being productive. You do get a lot of shady looking homeless bums wondering in and the staff won't ask them to leave. So I would never sit there and attempt to enjoy my drink
This corner store of StarBucks is very busy and popular. It's generally full of cars parking in the lot, one the street and lined up going through the drive through. But I like to walk in and hang out with a friend or two to catch up a while.The inside is clean and well lit, and the outside has chairs and tables if the weather is nice.Check it out and bring a friend to share it with.

Terrible parking and there were tons of grounds in my grande coffee rendering the last quarter undrinkable (and me spitting a mouthful of coffee back in front of my customers).
