I came in today around 1:45pm and I ordered two fraps which I waited around 15 mins for and once our name was called we grabbed our drinks and were waiting for straws when I see straw to my right so I reach for two straw and I ask the girl behind me ( a stranger ) if she also needs a straw bc she is also waiting for straws for her drinks that obviously needs straws. The rudest barista I didn’t get her name but she had bangs comes and she goes “next time give me a shout if you need a straw” obviously I’m gonna need straws my drinks are fraps she proceeds to say “that’s why they’re behind the counter it’s alameda county you need to ask for straws” like if I’m stupid or something . prior to that a man who was waiting for his drink told her “why are you being so rude to your customers?” But she responded even ruder so I’m not sure if they knew eachother and they were just playing around but either way she was very unprofessional and rude.
The young lady working was very kind and helpful. Thank you.

Not a good location. My coffee had a hair on it, the lid was covered in dust, the food bag was wet, and people who didn’t buy anything hog the few seats inside.

They ran out of ice and the servers stayed on their cell phones instead of helping customers
My recent visit to Starbucks was such a disappointment. The staff was completely unorganized, and the security guard was incredibly rude, constantly giving judgmental looks. There’s no restroom in the lobby, which is frustrating, and I received the wrong order. The garage smells awful, and the officer who’s supposed to be there is never around. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.
Super rude barista i came to ask for a straw for venti iced drink, she was rude and gave me the wrong one and walked awat. Not a problem, i waited and asked for venti. She said that’s just what they gave out and walked away with a mad look on her face and was visibly annoyed at me for asking for a tall enough straw. I didn’t even say anything rude. Attitude and mean for no reason. I simply asked for a tall straw in a nice way. Not coming back to this location.

8:30pm we arrive. Lights off. Chairs up. Sign on door says 9:30, Google says 9pm. One side of room still full of ppl.
We are NOT greeted by two teenage looking girls. One white. One latina. They reluctantly and visibly upset take out order, snapping at each other because they're busy closing - early.
Wrong order is given and before I can finish saying this isn't what I ordered the white girl batista runs away. The other girl bends over behind the counter.
Starbuck’s has a duty to properly train and supervise staff - period, point blank. You cannot charge someone for a defective product and service, I am not begging or asking for free items and even if I was I don't treat people like that at my place of employment - it's called education/professionalism. This is result of incompetent supervisors and underpaid employees that they feel they need to run out at closing time.
Improve your service, your attitude, or your training protocol - for your own peace of mind.

I’m not sure. If this is the real Cappuccino, but for sure the good thing was the music. On a Sunday afternoon.
Staff doesn't pay attention to details. Music is too loud, hard to hear anything. Old lady working at the counter was mean. She insisted I said the wrong order. If the music was not too loud, she would have hear what I said. And may I add, all of them have frown face. Not even a single smile. This location need to do better.

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to! The entire store was a line and then a line of people waiting for their drink. The cashier was less than friendly. I would seriously not come here in the afternoon or ever if you are expecting anything above and beyond.
