I have to say that i had pretty mediocre expectations but still was a bit disappointed with how my order came out.I had ordered a frozen pineapple passionfruit lemonade and i got a regular pineapple passionfruit lemonade. I even pointed out the drink on the menu above and they confirmed with me the whole order. I ordered a water without ice and got a water with ice? When i ordered, the cashiers were all busy talking to their friends in line behind us and to each other that they barely paid attention to my order. I don't mind chatter amongst coworkers i mean it's natural, but at the very least i expected my order to be correct :')The starbucks is barely filled with anything either, no pastries are displayed and there are barely any chips or other snacks available. I initially tried to place an order through the app but then it kept saying this location was not offering some of their promotional drinks.I have been to multiple starbucks, but this one is just so unorganized and the staff is very uncoordinated. The area it's located in is very nice and they do get a little business here and there but honestly there were only a few people in line and they just weren't satisfying most people it seemed like. I hope that in the future this location can improve on the service and food/drink allocation.

Very Nice Place, Very Courteous Staff , Awesome Coffe
Visited this Starbucks location in Alameda before going to the beach across the street. There was a short wait time to order my drink and the staff were very friendly. Since I went later in the evening, the wait time for my drink was a little long in my opinion due to one person making all the mobile and in person drinks. Overall, this location had a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating for customers. I will most likely visit again when visiting Alameda.

Only giving it a 5 star review because of the barriers Ryan, he is super friendly and will greet everyone and remember you if you’re a regular. He makes the place feel very welcoming! He is awesome

Barista Daisy and crew tonight were so friendly and welcoming! Delicious drink made exactly the way I like it. I don't come here all the time but I probably should. Baristas are always nice here.Parking: Plenty of parking.
I always utilized the order ahead feature on the Starbucks app. It keeps my drinks, hot/cold and ready to go when I am ready for pick up. My partner was finishing up a fours volleyball meet up on Alameda Beach so I was picking up a couple drinks to keep us hydrated in between games. The baristas were quick and efficient. The ambience and aesthetic of the place looked very clean and presentable. This is one of my regular coffee shops on the island and they don't disappoint.

My husband and I went to this place at 8:45 pm today and we were in line and they told us that they are already closed, when on the web it says that they close at 9:00 pm.
