Extra skimpy on the meat, I ordered the cold cuts, only got one layer of meat which was literally two slices, a cup of soup, not a bowl was $4…I got the meal of the day which was supposed to be 699 everything came out to $12 and all I got was the 6-in meal of the day and a cup of soup.

Every subway you go to you can see the staff prepare your sandwich and look for freshness ….Not this one, they put a stainless steel shield in front of the glass so that you cannot see if the products are fresh or not specially when it comes to Tuna that may be brown in color if it’s been sitting out for awhile. Are they wearing gloves, you’ll never know. I stopped going to this Subway. New Owners trying to sale inedible food products !!!

The staff is always nice to me, my only potential complaint is I always make sure the veggies I use are freshly cut, and not frozen from the night before, so far I've been lucky, but if I see it isn't full of the fresh stuff, I'll ask for a fresh batch from the back, South shore location is notorious for this.

I recently came across a video depicting an unfortunate incident where an employee used a racial epithet towards a customer. The behavior exhibited is deeply disturbing, reflecting a complete lack of decorum and customer service standards. I strongly believe that swift action should be taken by management to address this issue and ensure a more respectful environment for customers.

Avoid eating here!I walked in to get a sandwich only to see an employee handle a trash bin covered in grime and stains with her bare hands and then proceeded to the small sink in the sandwich line area to rinse her hands with water for 3 seconds, and then make a sandwich.I confronted her and told her I saw her not use soap, and she could make people sick after handling a trash can with her barehands (fly eggs, feces, bacteria). She denied it and said she washed her hands with soap although I watched her the entire time.Alameda heath inspection needs to come check this place and watch the camera recordings to ensure employees are actually washing their hands properly.
