We get boba and happy hour snacks from T4 in Alameda all the time and love it!!! If you order on the website, double check your order when you pick it up. We've had many mistakes from online ordering...but if your order to-go in person, it's always perfect! I highly recommend the takoyaki, basil chicken, and avocado matcha smoothie. All of the milk teas and drinks are delicious. They let you customize ice, sweetness, size, toppings, etc -everything you could want in a great boba place. UPDATE: the Alameda location is temporarily closed.

The service there is great, and it’s nice and refreshing to get boba on a hot day. The only setback is that I have to wait for them to finish making the boba— which sometimes takes a long time to do. But for me, it’s worth waiting.

My daughter and I went to this T4 in Alameda because we love the calamari at these locations. When I got my order yesterday, the box literally only had 9 calamari rings in there and it cost me $9.50! The one in San Leandro at least gives you a lot more. I don't know what it is about the workers at T4's but they're so rude! At least the ones in San Leandro and Alameda are. So because if the price for the calamari and the customer service, I can't give them more than one star.

Their smoothies are actually a bunch of flavored ice! It's a shame to charge for ice and make such low quality snacks at hefty price! Fries were 4 bucks and barely full box, same goes for popcorn chicken.

So this T4 is the most likely to get your order wrong. I've gone to them the last 1.5 years and my order has been wrong at least 20 times. The funny thing is the order always gets wrong when I tip lol. I stopped going to that one. Sometimes the customer service is ?and it may be because they are sooo busy but have a small staff that they don't seem to even display courteous customer service. They kinda make people wait long periods of time before even ordering and don't even acknowledge them. Now this is not all the time thay they fail to meet customer service expectations but I had observed it was quite often.
We grabbed drinks here while picking up food and both drinks were good and staff was friendly.

Really cute place that serves crepe cakes ! They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have oreo and matcha crepe cakes and they are so yummy. I also like getting their foam drinks. They have nutella foam or cheese foam. I like getting either with the roasted oolong.

Great service and drink values at T4 alameda. The boba shop changed ownership this year, their staff is excellent as always, providing the best service to customers. Thank you T4 for bringing back happy hour drinks & snacks 5-7pm everyday. We ordered in person this time, but you can also order online for in person pick up. There are HH drink & snacks option. A large boba with topping is $4.50, $.50/ topping which is a great deal for a large boba drink. TIP: if you prefer in person order, go to T4 right when HH starts at 5pm, there is barely any line. T4 is one of my favorite boba shops in the Bay Area. The value is always low prices compared to other boba shops. And they have an extensive boba menu with all of their famous drinks. WHAT I ORDERED elegant rose royal tea with crystal boba 30/30 I always go for elegant rose royal tea. It has rose fragrance and royal tea is delicious. 30% is the perfect amount of sweetness. You can't get this drink anywhere else. It is a unique drink on the menu. And there are variations of the royal tea. Hot Royal tea 30 sugar My bf was craving a hot tea and he liked the royal tea flavor. It was jadeite royal tea that has a hint of strong jadeite tea flavor Winter melon tea 30/30 My second favorite drink on the menu. Very fresh tea Jasmine GT with grass jelly 30/30 Fragrance jasmine tea, tastes delicious Fresh lemon bomb GT 30 ice no sugar New Sour lemon bomb drink on the menu Popcorn chicken You can't go to T4 without ordering their bomb popcorn chicken. It's so delicious. Fried squid Curly fries Red bean egg puff Usually the egg puff is very good. This time the egg puff was broken and very soggy. I don't recommend it. I ordered 9 items during HH on Saturday 5pm right when HH started. The total came out to be around $40 which is a fantastic deal at a boba shop. I don't think you can buy all large drinks and some snacks at this price at other boba shops. I highly recommend checking out T4 alameda for your boba cravings.
