Tried Tang Jip recently with my girlfriend and honestly… the food was pretty good. Everything came out hot and flavorful, and you can tell it’s made fresh. The soups hit, the meat was cooked perfectly, and the banchan kept the table interesting the whole time. Definitely one of those spots where you leave full and happy.
The vibe inside is nice too. Clean, cozy, not crazy loud, you can actually enjoy your meal and have a conversation. Love the lighting they have up on the ceiling.
Customer service was great. Super friendly and attentive without being over the top.
Restrooms were okay, one door stall toilet and a shared sink.
Also the bar didn’t seem fully up and running when we went, so drink options were a little limited. Not a huge deal though. Still got a soju
Overall, really solid experience. I’d definitely come back.

I'm pretty sure this place is Bowl'd on doordash. you enter the address and this is the place that pops up. But they keep messing up our deliveries. Lately they don't add all the sides for every meal. And today they left out half the rice and all the sides. we just got 6 packages of meat and 3 rice... We don't complain on doordash so they still get their money. I know how brutal doordash costs are for restaurants. but we order from this place every week so please be consistent and double check your doordash orders!

Authentic Korean soul food done right. The menu covers a wide range of traditional dishes, all prepared with depth, balance, and familiar home style flavors. Ingredients taste fresh, seasoning is on point, and portions are generous. Food comes out hot and consistent. Simple, no frills atmosphere that keeps the focus on quality and authenticity. A reliable spot for genuine Korean comfort food.

Staff were welcoming and Food was good but portions are small for a pick up order for 3. Thin layer of beef brisket sitting on a bed of lettuce. food is pricy around $20 per dish. The raw marinated crab is $40 for half a crab. Better off picking up this kind of dish at Woori Market. Might be better for a lunch spot than a dinner place. Surprised they didn’t offer more banchan. Will have to compare their dine-in portions if I ever come back to this place.

My husband and I both ordered the pork tonkatsu off the lunch menu. Everything looked fresh and tasted delicious. The only thing disappointing was the pork. There was hardly any pork in the breading. We won't be ordering food from the lunch menu the next time we are here.

Came here for the first time and was a nice place. Loved their food and portions were just right. Good Bonchon! Moderate seating area and nice ambiance. Service was friendly and quick. I'll come here again if I'm in the area.

I loved the Beef Bulgogi which is one of my favorites. Not spicy, although they served 2 spicy condiments on the side if you wanted more spice. Came with a really good amount of rice. What impressed me was the number of free side dishes that came with meal. In addition to soup with seaweed in it (not my favorite), they served delicious Kimchee that was a little spicy as expected, but not overpowering. Also some spicy radishes that was like the Kimchee, potato salad, mung beans, fishcake noodles, sesame garlic broccoli, lettuce wraps, and I think 2 more dishes. Although my friend ordered chicken wings, they were brought home because there was just so much to eat. I ordered the $30 Beef Bulgogi because it was not on the special $18 lunch menu that featured chicken bulgogi, and about 5-6 other things.
The food was delicious, the service was fast and professional.
I guess the only thing I didn't like were the hard chairs (4 stars).
Will definitely order from them again.

The food looks better than it taste. The bulgogi is absolutely tasteless. I'm not exaggerating, it has no flavor what so ever. They changed ownership, not going back.

Seollontang soup has no taste at all. Kimchi fried rice serving is so small. They never served any side dishes. I will never go back to this place.

Came for lunch and was super impressed. Talked to the owner for a bit and he is really chill. Haven’t had Korean food this good since Korea. Tried the seollongtang and the chicken bulgogi. Both were fantastic and the sides were delicious too. House made kimchee was next level. Definitely coming back to try everything else.

I’ve been a few times and it is definitely a hit or miss. The spicy beef stew (yookgaejang) was amazing first time, but not so great on another visit. The BBQ meats all great

They are recently open for few weeks. Tells me they ran out of pork belly and tea… I think for basic restaurants to have tea… Basic Korean restaurant to stock up on pork belly… it’s shockingly sad.
