Order for family of 4 took 40 minutes at 2pm on a weekday. Please plan staffing based on customer traffic accurately. The burger/special Santa Barbara one was bland and mediocre at best. I had to load up with the chili peppers and sauces just to give my burger flavor. The chicken nuggets were really dry and salty. The fries / sweet potato fries were like cardboard. At least the space is clean. I reckon the In N Out and Jollibees nearby will put this place out of business. The staff were also quite curt, seemingly unprofessional and would not answer any questions other than wait for your order it’s gonna take xxxx more minutes. Perhaps they need more training. Not worth the extra money over In N Out!

2/3 of our orders were not right and they only have an AI phone system that will not address incorrect orders over the phone, so people have to physically return to the location for any kind of customer service. Would have given zero stars if possible. Once our order is fixed we are never returning to this location or this chain

Far superior to In-N-Out Burger in every way. The tempura green beans are fantastic and are the char burgers and the ahi tuna sandwich. And this chain doesn't hate California like In-N-Out does.

I like hamburger. It's good and this place is always extremely busy though so it seems like the quality drops just a tad bit because of how busy they are and how fast they're trying to get orders out

Went here at 5pm, the burger tastes kinda bland, the fries are perfectly cook, and the strawberry shake is good. The service is a no, I tried asking question she ignore me right after she yelled out my number, pick up my tray, I was right in front of her and she continue on with her next customer. Then when I sat with my family near the window this young guy outside was fixing the table and he hit the chair against the window very loud and he didn't said sorry. Between they no napkin in the restroom the table are not very clean, and my burger look ugly... Not professional workers, very disturbing vibes more like people who work in fast food. Not coming here again not worth my moneys...
