I ordered a rose garden drink today. I told the server to make it 50% sweet with no lychee jelly. Instead, I received a very sweet drink with Lychee jelly. When I complained, the girl, who had makeup, short, and appeared to be Vietnamese-American, said she used 50% sugar. I am certain my drink was not 50% sweet, as I have ordered it many times. She blamed the lychee syrup for making the drink sweeter. By the way, there was no apology at all.

The most disappointing bubble tea I’ve ever had. I ordered a popular one which was a strawberry milk tea. It tasted nothing like strawberry and tasted more like rose. It was truly the saddest & most miserable bubble tea I’ve ever drank ;( I don’t recommend going to top up tea to fulfill your bubble tea craving.

This is a cute area my wife and I often pass on our way to the beach. Normally we go to HappyLemon but we wanted to try something new and so we chose TopUp. The cashier left a bad taste in our mouth with her rude attitude to the couple before us as well as being rude to us. She seemed to be drooling and kept her right hand to her mouth as she took our order. She had a very condescending tone and a demeaning attitude when telling us they could not substitute. My wife saw the cashiers eyes scanning her up and down making the environment feel very hostile. I ordered 75% sweetness but my drink didn’t even taste like it was 50%. The drinks are also overpriced. $13 for two mediocre drinks and bad service. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

Went here with my Cousin and it was legit tasty Boba Tea. They had a TON of different options and combinations! The outside is unassuming, but it's much nicer on the inside.If you like Boba, then you gotta try it here!
