I waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks. I got no warning before ordering and there were 2 employees just standing there not doing anything! It was ridiculous. Actual tea is decent, but DEFINITELY not worth 45 minutes of waiting.

This place used to be really good but unfortunately when I went today they no longer make the milk teas with non dairy creamer and so I had to switch for oat milk. I couldn’t taste the tea flavored and it was very watered down but when I asked to switch it the staff said I would have to buy a new one so I had to throw it away. It’s a bit too pricey for drinks that don’t taste good so unfortunately won’t be coming here anymore even though I used to like it . Also the new staff isn’t the best

I am at a loss for words right now. I just left Top Up in Alameda and I must say that it was a horrible experience. The customer service was very poor to say the least. The person that took my order was rude and said some inappropriate words when I complained about my order. There was like two pieces of ice in my drink! A drink that I just paid 7.00 for! She had the nerve to tell me “The trash can is right there”!! Like what???!!! Never returning!

Best for their fruit teas (not milk teas) tho they run sweet. Some of my favs include Lychee bomb (which includes real lychee bits) and Ruby Passion (Guava, Passionfruit green tea with Aloe),
For non caffeinated options, I like their smoothies, such as peach passion
Also have great tater tots and decent popcorn chicken.

I ordered a rose garden drink today. I told the server to make it 50% sweet with no lychee jelly. Instead, I received a very sweet drink with Lychee jelly. When I complained, the girl, who had makeup, short, and appeared to be Vietnamese-American, said she used 50% sugar. I am certain my drink was not 50% sweet, as I have ordered it many times. She blamed the lychee syrup for making the drink sweeter. By the way, there was no apology at all.
