I liked my good, great pasta dishes but customer service here has been horrible every single time I be gone, inattentive, disorganized and rude staff plus long waits (50 mins+). So I decided no more eating there and ordered takeout instead. I encountered different issues, items left out of orders. Orders not ready - had to wait 40 minutes, no apologetic for the mistakes and that itself made me stop going. The right back having to come and get the missing items by the time you go back to your home your food is cold stop here don't realize all the trouble we go through specially when all you're trying to do is feed your kids.
I did send feedback to the corporate they don't acknowledge anything not even the 10% coupon or a we're sorry for the experience you had.
Won't be going back to this location.

Great food. Turkey piadine the best! Pizza and bruschetta also good (except all meat pizza which is a salt bomb.) Large pirtiond. Service is very good.
We sat outside, which is generally nice, but I was facing the back where the overflowing garbage cans sat. That was unappetizing. Inside atmosphere is good, but some tables are too close together, and can be a little noisy. Overall, though, I would recommend it.

We had a wonderful dining experience, thanks in large part to our incredible server, Tristan L. From the moment we sat down, Tristan was friendly, polite, and attentive—never letting our drinks go empty and making us feel genuinely welcome.
The food was a mix of hits and misses: the pesto penne was absolutely delicious, and the lasagna was rich and flavorful—definitely a standout! The fettuccine Alfredo wasn’t quite to my taste, but everything else more than made up for it.
The true highlight of the evening was Tristan’s exceptional service. He elevated the entire experience with his warmth and professionalism. We’ll definitely be back when back in town (from Seattle) - and hoping Tristan’s our server again!

Tristan was our waiter and his customer service was top notch. Our food (pizza) was spectacular and prices were reasonable. Thank you from this out of town patron, here on a business trip ❤️

Waiter Tristan could not remember our order. Did not look happy to be at work and it showed. Food was cold when it got to the table. Garlic bread was stiff like it had been sitting out and was not fresh. The hard tea tasted like a peach iced tea from jack in the box. Pesto sauce was really good I can say that and Alex was very friendly when we came in the restaurant. Honestly I would not recommend coming here, you'd do a lot better at the olive garden.

Had lunch here so the restaurant was pretty empty at that time. Tried the Penne Bolognese, Chicken Parmesean. Both were enjoyed. As well as the roasted Brussels for a starter. They didn't use bacon on this dish, that I noticed, which is common in restaurants for this dish. Lots of gfo which stood out considering, pasta. The cabernet & sauvig b , both were nice with a healthy pour. Tried the triple dessert plate: Lemon ricotta cheesecake, pistachio ice cream, tiramisu. Wasn't a fan of the tiramisu, had better. The other two would be solid stand alone for dessert options

Good food great portion size.
They must have been on shift change or something cuz it took almost 30 mins for 2 yummy drinks @ $15.00 each.
Great wine & cocktails during Happy Hour!
The food here was soon good. Pizza, fettuccine, chicken parmesan, and Cesar salad....the drinks were great too. We had family style 11 people
Unfortunately the brunette shirt haired lady on Thursday evening failed to use their text notification system and seated parties before us, making us wait 1 hour instead of about 30 minutes. This was a classic restaurant for family dinners that we won’t be back to.
