I agree on overpriced and the place isn't what it used to be with previous owner/mgmt. I asked for extra sauce was told $1 the dollar more wasn't the main issue is how I was told and the way was handled. And I saw another review said extra lime/lemon $0.50 extra. I totally running a restaurant need comes countless expenses and with Cola keep raising. Also the quality wasn't good compare to previous that I also noticed. Food was good, to be honest, that it isn't as good as most of the pho place i gone too but it can be a alternative to my regular pho place in SJ while I work at alameda. The service was quick and the cashier and waiter were very nice.
