Reviews for Wine and Waffles

After months of procrastinating I finally went in. It was a Friday night they had a live band playing. I was drained from the long week of work I had have. I was in dire need of a good meal and drink. I was seated after 2-3 minutes It was a bit full that night. I sat next to this nice couple we chatted for a few minutes and I said who would build a wine & waffle next to a waffle shop the guy replied maybe someone who really likes waffles we both chuckled at the comment. full review
Love love love the concept! This is yet another hidden secret within the Bay Area's best-kept secret - Alameda. It's a wine bar that's related to Ole's Waffles, the venerable, long-standing diner next door. Here, you can sip on a glass of wine all while enjoying some solid food - and not just waffles, either. They've got salads, sliders, mac and cheese, cheese plates, and even a s'mores waffle sundae that I enjoyed alongside a glass of zinfandel. Check out the attached full review
Yum! We got the chips and guac and the chicken and waffles slider. The slider was delicious and the chips and guac was average, it wasn't bad but I could have def gotten it from the store. We got the large white sangria, it is LARGE, they are not kidding. To be fair, it seems a decent amount of it is juice/ginger ale, I drank the whole thing myself before food came and was only tipsy, so it wasn't too strong. Honestly considering the size, that was a good thing. This full review
