Shoutout to the counter lady for letting my 4 year old pee his pants instead of allowing him to use the restroom (we bought yogurt)

This location says open till 10 when it is clearly closed. This is careless and disappointing especially for someone who doesn't live in the area and makes the trip. Fix This!
No longer my preferred soft serve / frozen yogurt shop. The thing I like least about this place now, you can't serve your own toppings. I fully appreciate the safety and sanitation concerns with COVID-19. But every other yogurt shop realizes that putting out plastic gloves is a viable solution to health concerns with self-service. This yogurt shop, on the other hand, is capitalizing on the portion control associated with having the clerk dole out tiny little drops of toppings. I find it especially annoying to have to beg for an extra scoop of blueberries, especially since I'm paying by the pound. Today was my last time here.
One of our family goto places for a healthy treat. I bring my 3 year old every Friday for "ice cream" night. It's a great way to get a treat, without overloading on sugar. The yogurt isn't too sweet, and toppings are healthy with fresh fruit, mochi, boba. Also love the service. The 25 cent bouncy ball machine is also a hit
They said they were open until 9pm, but it's not even 8:30 and they're already shut. Long way to go for a wasted trip.
I used to like this place, but not anymore. While some yogurt shops are handing out plastic gloves and allowing customers to scoop their own toppings, this one has decided it would be best if they scoop the toppings for you. This means you're getting a light dusting of toppings. The woman literally scoops two m&ms.
I Love their yogurt flavors and toppings. They provide hand sanitizer for customers and they have multiple options for utensils. They accept card and cash and yes you can pay wirelessly with your card too.
Yogofina in Alameda Is a cool little place to go have some frozen yougurt with some friends, family or even by yourself. The only reason I gave it 4 ? is because a few weeks ago my daughter wanted to go have some yougurt and I had gotten off of work kinda late that day. We looked at their hours online and noticed we would be able to make it before the 10 oclock closing time. To our surprice, when we got there at 9:00 oclock they were already closed. It did not look like they were just closing, it seemed they had been closed for some time.Today we were craving some Yogofina and decided we wanted to call to find out their closing times before heading out that way. We called all if the numbers listed online that we could find for this specific location. Most numbers were disconnected and others the call were being transfered to other locations and was never able to get answers. We ended up just showing up and we enjoyed our delicious frozen yougurt topped with an excessive amount of yummy toppings. ?????

Only half of the machines were working, the walls were dirty, crumpled signs were taped to walls with packing tape and the selections were mundane. Very disappointed we drove more than 5 miles to come here.
Yogofina has a large variety of different flavors of yogurt
Loved the late night snack
Great flavors, convenient location, good prices. My favorite is Dulce de Leche with fresh strawberries and granola. My husband enjoys the cappuccino with Heath bar; my son loves the cotton candy with sprinkles and crushed oreos, I call his " a day at the fair".
Family friendly dessert place that kids love...
