I love Yogofina. It's a perfect alternative to Tucker's ice cream when you're looking for something sweet, whether it be for dessert or a midday treat. Also a great spot for date night. You likely won't have to wait in line and they've got plenty of flavor options to choose from. I also like Yogofina because their frozen yoghurt won't leave you super tired and drowsy. It's nice and light. Just the right about of sweet with so many toppings to pick from. Did I mention it's self-serve? You get the idea. My only critique is that I wish they'd rotate the flavors more, but that's only because I go there so often. Definitely check out Yogofina.

I like that this place exists here. This street needs a Froyo place. Hard to find parking, usually empty inside, the workers put the toppings on for you. There's a bouncy ball quarter machine and I like the original tart frozen yogurt here. The place is a nice touch to just come by with your kids or pop in for a quick Froyo. Nothing fancy. Very relaxed place.

closed 30 minutes early and didnt say anything online either at yelp or on maps like how lazy do you have to be to not be able to stay even until just like FIVE minutes before closing at the very least .. if you're going to close early thats fine but to not update your hours is evil

Every time I have gone in this place, I have received bad customer service. The lady there is very rude. Will not visit again or take my family or friends there again.

"Yogofina" is a frozen yogurt shop located at Park St & Alameda Ave. I was advised to try this place for comparison purposes. I was there on a Wednesday afternoon, just after 12-noon. First off, this yogurt shop closes at 8pm. I asked the lady behind the counter, and she said they close at 8pm. Next, as I walked up to the shop, the interior looked dark as if it's closed. I think it's because they tint the windows to keep the heat out. I go inside, and there's a weird smell. Not sure what that is. The lady welcomes me, and I proceed to check out the flavors offered. There's five machines, 2 flavors each, and twist (mixed) in the center. I went with Chocolate/ Cappuccino twist, with banana on top. I don't like toppings, so i didn't have an issue with how toppings are served. The yogurt is 59 cts per oz. How did it taste? I liked the banana fro-yo. It was creamy, just the right sweetness, and no icy bite. The chocolate/ Cappuccino was okay, but it had a slight chalky after taste. I would come back again. Maybe if I can excuse that odd smell. It's probably from the cleaning solutions used in the machines. FYI- those machines have to be cleaned everyday they're in operation. Back when I was a fast food mgr, I had to disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble ice cream and shake machines. If not done properly, the Health Dept will shutdown your entire business until it's corrected. Also, if you like outdated decor, this place is for you. Set your time machine for the 1980's. Everytime I walk into an empty Fro-Yo shop, I feel like I'm in a huge bathroom with all the tile and steel fixtures. There's small tables for you to enjoy your fro-yo. Also, I didn't see any hand sanitizer in plain sight. With all the viruses going around, they should have sanitizer available. So Yogofina is an OK place for Fro-Yo. If I'm in the area, I might come back. Especially since I found out Yogofina is near Taqueria Mi Burrito. Street parking and public lot 1/2 a block away. Next time.....I'll get banana and chocolate

Customer hostile policy of "only staff are qualified to put toppings on your yoghurt" and the move at a glacial place. Better to take your business elsewhere than endure that.

This store is poorly managed. There is no one at the front counter and the yogurt flavors never change. The yogurt melts fast so by the time you sit down, it is melted. The customer service is ZERO. Very expensive and I stopped going there.

This location says open till 10 when it is clearly closed. This is careless and disappointing especially for someone who doesn't live in the area and makes the trip. Fix This!

No longer my preferred soft serve / frozen yogurt shop. The thing I like least about this place now, you can't serve your own toppings. I fully appreciate the safety and sanitation concerns with COVID-19. But every other yogurt shop realizes that putting out plastic gloves is a viable solution to health concerns with self-service. This yogurt shop, on the other hand, is capitalizing on the portion control associated with having the clerk dole out tiny little drops of toppings. I find it especially annoying to have to beg for an extra scoop of blueberries, especially since I'm paying by the pound. Today was my last time here.

They made it lame. Toppings aren't self serve anymore. The marshmallows are old and dry. If I have to say what toppings I want, they should put labels on them, so I know what to call them.

The yogurt and toppings are delicious, however the customer service is upsetting. I recently went with some friends to the Alameda Yogofina since we haven't been there in a really long time. I do not want to specify but I witnessed someone accidentally bump into one of the handicap products. The board fell off and the product broke. The worker got upset and automatically assumed that the person tried sitting on it. I understand the worker was not fluent in English but I found this very immature. One of the adults asked what they could do to help. I was observing and noticed the handicap product was not supposed to be there and was not installed correctly. I am well aware that the person should have been more careful, but I find it very upsetting with the way the worker handled the situation. The yogurt and toppings itself is awesome, but the customer service is something I was really upset about.

One of our family goto places for a healthy treat. I bring my 3 year old every Friday for "ice cream" night. It's a great way to get a treat, without overloading on sugar. The yogurt isn't too sweet, and toppings are healthy with fresh fruit, mochi, boba. Also love the service. The 25 cent bouncy ball machine is also a hit
