They no longer accept American currency. I refuse to patronize a business that does not accept cash as a form of payment. This place is already incredibly expensive why should I have to be inconvenienced?

Found an old gift card with less than a dollar on it, tried to take it to the store to get cash, as is allowed by CA law, they refused. Bad business practice to disobey the law.

I recently visited my sonâs family in downtown Oakland. Nothing is open late near where they live, and often not open at all, on weekends! So, I wanted to stock up on frozen yogurt & hopped over to Alameda to grab some tart froyo! However, Yogurtland DOES NOT offer âtake homeâ quarts!? WHAT?What froyo shop doesnât offer take-home options? Right, NONE! I always keep a few quarts at home, because IMHO, itâs healthier than ice cream (with all its butterfat). And, I always order tart, no toppings, keepinâ it simple. So, I was highly disappointed that they donât offer take-home options yet! With no price break on a larger, take-home container, I paid well over $20 to fill up one of those large cups! Thatâs just RIDICULOUS! Yozen Frogurt, even Pinkberryâs or Humphrey Yogurt (in Gelsons!) have larger take home quarts for only about $15.00! Despite being pretty good froyo, I will DEFINITELY try another shop on my next monthly visit north to see my grand-babes! Iâd rather support a store that appreciates my pocketbook & patronage than continue paying exorbitant prices! And, most tart flavored yogurt is similar in taste. SO VERY DISAPPOINTING! With all that said, the workers here were kind enough to keep my froyo in the freezer, while I did other shopping in the area! Thx, much!

It's quick and easy! The kids love it as much as the adults. And it's frozen yogurt!!!
Poor customer service & yogurt consistency is weird. I truly wouldnât have cared that they lived on their phones, didnât greet us, or even interact until I asked a question(with an annoyed tone); but when she(the girl with the pony tail) rolled her eyes at me because I simply asked, â if I use my 2 dollar reward, will that mess up getting the charms?â I was beyond over her energy. Do better, the ambiance is nice and itâs a sunny day. Smile more. Positive side, they keep it clean.

People living in the neighborhood only likes strawberry and chocolate, with some openness to cheese. Whereas clean as things are, the place has lots of big cats and the couches are made of leather.
