A true hidden gem. Please don’t tell the mass populace. They’ll ruin the spectacular vibe this place has.

This place is a gem! If you aren’t looking for it you’ll walk right by it. Everything we ordered was super fresh and the vide is so Japan. I will definitely be back.

Delightful hole in the wall with delicious sushi and tons of character. Feels more authentically Japanese than many other.

The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the Miso Ramen, Spicy Ramen, Edamame, and side of White Rice. The miso ramen was the best ramen I have had in a really long time. Definitely recommend trying! They said that the large is really large so we got the regular sized bowl of ramen. Huge portion of edamame. We had to take the rest home. The service was great. Everyone in there is really nice and helpful. If you love anime they had lots of art from studio Ghibli and other movies/show. They were even playing Spirited Away on the tv.

When you reach the front door you're immediately introduced to the theme they have gone for. Inside is all anime references and multiple tvs constantly playing various studio Ghibli films. It's a small cozy shop where I never felt like the staff was too busy to check in on me. The food I got was all cooked very well. The portion sizes were very generous. Staff was friendly. All in all a great trip and def would recommend it

This was a really wonderful and delicious experience. Came here for the first time for a business lunch and I was blown away by the quality and execution. Can’t believe I haven’t been here before. On my entertaining list now.
Parking: Park street is notoriously difficult to find parking on. Please don’t let this detract.

Had the Ramen soup with chicken. Best soup I've ever had. Just visited again for a birthday celebration. Food was great. Price is very reasonable. They serve the very best chicken teriyaki. Oh so tender.

Miso Ramen, Boa bun and Edamame (Pictured).
Place is very quaint, and there is no alcohol but there is a liquor store right across the street and they allow BYOB.
Food was fantastic. Also had a few rolls and the spicy miso ramen. They were both perfect.
Great service. Very friendly. Will be back soon. Easy with kids as well.

Looking at the selection, they do not have good Ramen here. Also when I asked for fatty tuna or uni, the waitress came off as a dumb Foreigner who didn't understand English.

Cute lil spot with great food! I ordered the pork ramen and a gyoza appetizer, and both were delicious.

Wow…I can’t believe how horrible of an experience I just had. I wanted simple light lunch. Couple pieces on tuna sashimi and a soup. The waitress couldn’t take a basic order, got it all wrong and brought me enough food to feed 4 people!! While I was there the health inspector came because someone called and complained about the restaurant because they got food poisoning. She was going through all their refrigeration and food was all stored at wrong temperature. They don’t check meat cooked temp before sending out.
Steer clear of this place.

The Yojimbo I remember had huge portions but it's not the same anymore. Food wasn't skimpy but not as before, and the quality was okay. We came on a Saturday night around 7pm and was able to get a group of 6 seated right away. They were patient while we tried to figure out what to order for the kids, and food came out quickly.
Rolls were good, ramen piping hot, miso soup a bit salty and chirashi was fresh.
I'll still keep them on my list go places to go...and ambience with anime and artwork is still cool!

Yet to find anything on the menu that is not excellent. Both locations seem consistently great.
