Had an awesome sandwich here today - seriously one of the best I’ve ever had from Subway! The food was really good and everything tasted super fresh. The store was really clean too, which is always nice to see. But honestly, the staff here is what makes this place special - they’re the nicest people ever. So friendly and just made the whole experience great. Definitely my new favorite Subway location!

I entered the store and it had nice music playing and the employees took care of me immediately. I got a #20 and they made it really nicely. They interacted with me as well. I really appreciate the service and the food was really good. I’ve been to this store before and today it was way better I think it’s under new management and they are doing a really good job. I can really see the change in service and atmosphere for a betterment in this store.

Upon coming in, I was greeted rudely and questioned several times about what my name was for my order that I had come to pick up when I get home I come to see that the bread on both of my sandwiches is incorrect, I am missing five dollars worth of avocado. I paid for in my sandwich and that two of the cookies I had paid for were not present or my fountain drink. I paid for this order in full and only received half of it, overall I would recommend you just go to a different subway because the service here sucks. My order was $24. And I literally lost seven of it that I didn't even get. And the sandwich really was not that good either. I’d have better luck. Going to the subway on Clay Street in Oakland before I come here.

I had the most frugal sandwich in my life, like beyond normal. I asked for avocado and cheese additional because it was like if they had a contest of who can put the least amount of food in the sandwich, the 2 additional super thin slices of avocado were almost a joke, two tiny slices of tomato, I asked can I have more tomato please, one more 1” diameter super thin slice coming up. Terrible, cheap sandwich. Of course I was charge 1.20 for the 2 think halves of cheese and 1.25 extra for the ridiculous slices of avocado and still sandwich was not good enough. Safeway does better sandwiches.

I asked for a “Baja Bliss” special. Staff doesn’t know how to make it even though the menu describes the ingredients. I read the ingredients back to her from the board menu (as to indirectly train her on her own job) Manager seeing all of this stepped in heroically and assured they will make it just fine. Sandwich comes out 2 minutes later missing at least 2 ingredient. Manager now flees the scene to the back room where he plays dead for the remainder of the interaction. I get my 2 ingredients like it’s WWII and we are being rationed. Total paid for a sub and some chips: $17.95

The amount of meat you get here compared to other Subways is less. You get a tiny sliver of meat for a sandwich. The main guy is great but the employees roll their eyes and are agitated when you order.
