The food was eh , every other poke place in the area has much better food. The girls working there are terrible and seem like they don't want to be there at all. Had to ask them to get off their phones and get up from the table they were sitting at to help take my order Then when I left with my to go order I realized they didn't put any chopsticks so I went back and they had locked up the doors to close up about 22 min before the restaurant was supposed to close. This place is about 2 min from my house but I now drive 15 min to the next closest poke restaurant instead of wasting my money and time here

Ordered take out and food was pretty good, just a bit more friend than we expected.

Not great, Several other poke places that are better. The little fish comes with one scoop of fish (quite little compared to other places). The girl working there proceeds to pick pieces of salmon into the scoop instead of actually just scooping it... The two staff members had friends there and they just hung out and talked loudly..

We usually get the Los Angeles bowl which comes with crispy shrimp (as it is stated on their menu online). My mom had picked up our food and the server said they no longer served cooked meat, everything is served raw even the shrimp. So my bowl had raw shrimp. I didn't understand why they wouldn't update their menu and why they would serve raw shrimp since I wasn't 100% sure if we can consume it safely. Anyway, I used to really like this place. Hopefully, they try to improve.

Maybe I went on a bad night - first time - this bowl is SOOOOOO dry . Very little sauce, and even the crab is dry. Probably won't go back.

Overall, a good place. Tasty. Portion size is decent.I wish you were able to have more than two choices of fish per bowl. (A lot of poke places allow more.) Also, some of my rice was dry and hard

Walked in ready to order three meals and was ignored until we just left (5 minutes or so). Super weird. Been here before and it was delicious!

Please update Google, online, and the sign on the outside of your store with the correct hours. We drove here excited and left disappointed. We were 20 minutes before closing at 210 and you were closed.

This place used to be my fav but it's gone downhill so bad! How does a poke place run out of Ahi? Bowls keep getting smaller and fish isn't all that fresh. The place is in need of a deep cleaning and the outside furniture need to be replaced. Don't know how they have stayed in business.

Used to love this place. Portion size has decreased. I get it - stuff is expensive. But I wouldn't mind paying a few dollars more for a decent portion. Staff needs a lesson in customer service. New poke places are popping up everywhere so I will start trying out new options. Hope they can turn it around.

Ordered a bowl and it was really fresh with awesome flavor! Couldn't go wrong! Spicy tuna was good.

Don't even bother coming here. It is over priced and will take your whole lunch break. I placed an online order and came in as soon as it was supposed to be ready. I ended up having to wait 20 minutes for my online order to be prepared after the employee got through the line. At one point i considered just leaving and going to my usual spots Chipotle or Urban Plates, but since I already paid online I wasn't sure how I would be able to get a refund. A new customer came in and she ended up walking out after 10 minutes with no greeting. This restaurant is not properly set up for pick up orders. I came in and it was a narrow space geared toward people waiting in line to order and make their bowls. I squeezed around the line to look for an order pick up station like most restaurants have but this place doesn't have one. Once I finally got my bowl I rushed back to the office to eat it and it was mediocre. Not a good value at all. I regret trying this place.

We used to love this place and lately it's been hit or miss with the bowls but we went a few days ago and their hours were updated to 4:30-7:30 but we didn't know that. We got there at 7:15 thankfully, thinking we had time to grab a bowl. As I walked in, the girl said they were closed. I said it was 7:15 and their sign says they close at 7:30. She said that she had to start cleaning up so she could leave at 7:30. What? That's not how hours of operation work. I asked her what time they normally start cleaning and she said 7:10-7:15 and I told her they needed to change their signs and she just looked at me and said "Ok". She wasn't very nice. We went back in MLK day and it was closed again with no signs saying they would be closed anywhere. I've called several times in the past few days to see if they were open and no one answers the phone and the voicemail prompt says no one can answer with no hours or information. I understand if they are short staffed due to Covid as many other restaurants are, but they need to have accurate signs, a voicemail with their updated hours and employees that follow their posted hours. This is just very poor customer service! I was praying they would weather through Covid because we love how close it is and it has been good in the past, but now I'm thinking it's worth the drive to Laguna Beach to get Poke Tiki, which always has amazing and consistent customer service.

You can't go wrong with the sushi burritos! They are tasty, fresh and filling. Also the dipping sauce is amazing!
