Ordered buffalo wild wings last night got their 10pcs bone in wing, 6 piece boneless wings and a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich.
The bone in wings and the boneless wings were extremely dry and it looked like they were trying to hide the fact by adding more sauce on them so you couldnt tell. But the wings we got looked likes they've been sitting in the oven or oven lamps all day. Very dry and crunchy.
All the wings were also very salty which made them impossible to eat.

The only thing that was decent from the meal were the fries but definitely not worth the price.

I am reminded what I don't visit these types of restaurants anymore. This was an expensive high school microwaved lunch. Never again

I don’t get why they say, if you seating by the bar go ahead and seat you don’t have to wait o need a reservation. Yet I do it and they don’t even say hi, worse costumer service they pass and pass and they don’t even offer to get you a drink o your order. I may not be rich but I do tip good and I just not going to come to this location. Worse waiters either bad costumer service was seating there for a long time and they even said anything

Gross slimy wings.

Stopped in to Buffalo Wild Wings in Aliso Viejo today for lunch. I had a craving for a burger and my wife had the urge for a chicken sandwich. Sophie was our server and what a wonderful, pleasant and professional person. She was truly fantastic. Unfortunately my wife's chicken sandwich had issues but Nick the manager came to the rescue and saved the day with his grace, generosity and A plus customer service. The ambiance was positive and the TV screens and sporty vibe was terrific. We will definently be back and next time we shall focus on the wings and some brew.
Thanks to Sophie and Nick for making our experience positive and enjoyable.

Haley was great!

Service was awful. Our waiter Hayley was everywhere but at our table looking and sounding more alive with certain guests. We never got sodas that we paid for (4 separate drinks) and even asked a different hostess about this issue but even until the end of our waiting, we left never having been served any of the ordered sodas. Only after the fact of asking the separate hostess we found out that the Lipton tea we ordered was never even available as told by the different hostess, “we ran out 2 hours ago,” but Hayley never came back to us after ordering to let us know about this issue. The other hostess told us she’ll let Hayley know about us never getting our drinks but still we never achieved any acknowledgement. Hayley just never seemed to have cared for our table at any point during our visit

bad service, the waitress we had kept talking about how bad it is, the fourth time she's done the same thing, we wanted to give this place a chance a few more times because of the location and at the time there was nicer staff, but the truth is the service is bad, it takes a long time, the worst thing is that we raised our hand and she didn't even take us into account and she would go to another table when she stopped talking. It was one of my favorite places 😔 I'm so sad that I won't be able to come anymore 😢 I wish they would take into account because we were a frequent customer. 😔 we were never rude, the waiter Dante was great and the guy at the bar too. We always left a good tip but it's not right to beg for good service 😢 it doesn't bother you once because it can happen but how many times did it happen several times each time we ordered something 😢

First time eating at this Bdubs location and first time having Bdubs in a while…. unfortunately the food here reminded us why we haven’t been to one in a while. My daughter loves BBQ boneless chicken wings, she orders them at every restaurant that has them. She said these were the worst ones she’s had so far. She was not a fan of the BBQ sauce they use. That’s pretty disappointing as their staple literally is boneless chicken wings.

She also always orders a side of BBQ sauce to dip her already smothered BBQ wings in, but as you can see in the photo we got 2 cups of ranch. The rest of the food was pretty bland, didn’t get that “Mmmmm this good” feeling after taking that first bite.

Food was disappointing, but the service was great. Can’t blame the waiter for the sauce mixup. He constantly checked-up on us and provided everything we asked for pretty quickly. His service saved this from being a 2 star review. Overall 3 ⭐️

I ordered a 6 piece boneless wings in their new buffalo bleu flavor.
1. Instead of 6 pieces with meat on them, they gave me these tiny rejects with no meat on them!
2. they do not add enough sauce! Does it come out of the paycheck of the person making it? So stingy with the sauce! See photos.
And normally, there would be sauce staining the box, but there was so little sauce it didn't even show!
Not going to return to this location.

Bad service and food! It took at least 5 minutes until we got seated even though the place was half empty. Slow waiters, lingering around at the kitchen area, even serving just water took them over 10 minutes. Food is mediocre. Not a nice experience.

Apparently this establishment DOES NOT SUPPORT OUR COUNTRIES MILITARY!!

I simply wanted to watch the 2025 military parade and was told by manager “Sam” that they can only display “Sports” on their tvs!!!
So apparently if the USA was bombed or a 911 happened again, then this establishment WOULD NOT DISPLAY IT!!!
