Every time I come here the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Today Lupita took my order and made sure that it was correct. She has a smile for everyone...both customers and co-workers. She makes eating here a pleasure. Because of her and the other staff, this is my goto place for really good hamburgers.

Great food and amazing service. Balbino is very attentive and cares about every one of his customers. I’ve been to many different carls and Hardy’s locations and the service here in Aliso Viejo is by far the best.
