Chili's Grill & Bar

We go to chili's at least twice a week.. This is the worst chiles I have ever been to.....The service was absolutely horrible. The food wasn't much better... What cracks me up.. We are in South Orange county.Unacceptable..

Food is always good at Chili's. Service was excellent. Love the atmosphere.

I'm extremely surprised at how bad the quality and service is at this particular Chili's. I ordered to go and they were extremely late I had to call them and they we're like oh you're sitting in the curbside pickup we had no idea when I had checked in and it said that I checked in with my space number. then I received cold food along with my drinks melted and the cups that my drink was in were scratched up like it had been mauled by a person or animal. I'm a previous employee of Chili's and this is not acceptable for any Chili's location to conduct business like this. I don't recommend this place unless you're looking for a meal that comes along with a headache and stress.

Ordered a salad, they only gave me chicken and lettuce. This is so frustrating. Please avoid this Chili’

We came in with a party of 10, 3 kids. We ordered appetizers, it took a while and they forgot our chips and salsa. Then when everyone’s food came out they forgot mine. Then they brought me the wrong sandwich. Another reason I don’t like chilis.

Good food and I got some for leftovers let's gooooo!!! The chips and salsa are always a highlight of my trips to chili's and I really enjoyed them however we got many small chips that we couldn't eat. Good thing we got refills for it. Salsa is really good.

The Bacon Rancher cheeseburger is delicious. Salty, fatty, juicy, and very filling. A worthy decadence!

Haven't been too Chili's in awhile. Ordered bacon burger for lunch n the beef was dried n unseasioned, bland. Wify ordered chicken n that was good. Going back to In N Out for the burgers.

I believe this location is turning things around. They have a new manager now and service, cleanliness and meal quality have all been improved. This location still seems understaffed, but this issue seems fairly common these days within the hospitality/restaurant industry.My recommendation: If you are in the area and have been on the fence about returning to this location, now is a good time to support good/improving management and staff. They have a rough road ahead trying to repair their image after the damage caused by previous management. It's good food at a good value and the staff seem more determined to rebuild trust with their customers.

Little dive like now, used to be more robust AND busy.

Took forever just to get a drink at bar , the guy was watching football more than making sure people are served, my salad I had to pay $12 dollars for was just horrible!!! Had to keep asking for the stuff we asked to put on the side and the food was so gross ? normally have good service and good food… they took forever to bring food out and had to get up and get my own napkins and silverware!!!

Really disappointed they’ve ruined their happy hour. The hours are cut down and all over the place. Tues, Wed, & Friday 3p-6p. Mon & Thurs 3p-Close. Sat & Sun all day. They also took a ton of the the good apps and food off and there’s no more well drinks on the happy hour menu. We just took our food to go and had drinks at home.

On 12/24 I ordered a steak for dinner , the dish description indicates it will be served with roasted asparagus, I added mushrooms for $1 extraOn pickup once I arrived home I see just the steak and mushrooms. Also i ordered it well done and it was medium, called and the manager explained that since I added the extra mushrooms they removed the asparagus, this was not indicated anywhere in the app or website, the manager offered a $15 gift card and they never arrivedDon't recommend this place for pick up orders unless you check the items before leaving to see if they made them right

Service was good but little but slow

Had a great server. She took very good care of us. We had the bottomless soup, salad, and chips for lunch @ $8.99. A great deal!
