Just really wish i ordered delivery online as shown there comes with a denser amount of beans in a veggie bowl and then the topping layers could be put on evenly.
The order was not full and even like I thought. Really

Yikes. This place is bad. So slow. Not hot food. Tastes stale. Badddddd.

Super slow service. There’s a line and it seems like they’re either severely understaffed or not making any effort to move quickly. Was there 10 mins and the line had moved by two people in that time. Brutally slow service. Avoid this one.

I think the manager is the African-American gentleman with the polo. I’ve came to this place several times and it’s the same story every time delaying taking the orders of the of the customers. Taking his sweet time, making the orders given off a very, very unfriendly vibe no smiling no even looking at the customers.

I stood in line waiting for him to finish two orders he has no urgency. He’s not calling anybody else to help him. He’s making all the orders himself while people are waiting in line after Abe came to my turn he began filling up every single container on the line completely ignoring me, not even saying hi not even acknowledging my presence. He kept on filling up all these tubs with guacamole, letters and all kinds of other stuff when it’s all full in reality or it could still take on a few other orders, he’s extremely rude and he thinks that by doing passive aggressive stuff that people won’t notice or that he doesn’t want people to come in past a certain time mind you I came in at 8:30. He doesn’t want people to come into a store at night. Why is he even working and I don’t understand.

There were some very hard bits that I kept biting into in my burrito today. I was a little apprehensive about what it could be; I was able to spit one out and it looks as though there were uncooked/raw brown rice that I was biting into.

I ordered a 3 steak taco through the app for pick up, 1 was full the other 2 tacos had 1 strip of steak and almost nothing inside. The meat was way too salty. Will not go back.

Good place with some healthy (for fast food) options, although I don’t like that weird direct light pointing at the table. Very controversial thing

Portions are always very small and food is always cold.

Casual, friendly atmosphere. Their prices are still pretty reasonable and the food is delicious!!😋

I ordered the protein bowl, and overall, the food was okay. The flavors were good, but my rice and chicken were not as warm as I expected. However, the service was excellent—fast, efficient, and friendly. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. If the food had been served a little warmer, it would have made the experience even better. Still, a solid place for a quick and fresh meal

I’ve been waiting for a staff to come behind the counter for 10 minutes just for them to give me instead half steak half brisket the gave me quarter of each.
