I ordered the protein bowl, and overall, the food was okay. The flavors were good, but my rice and chicken were not as warm as I expected. However, the service was excellent—fast, efficient, and friendly. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. If the food had been served a little warmer, it would have made the experience even better. Still, a solid place for a quick and fresh meal

I’ve been waiting for a staff to come behind the counter for 10 minutes just for them to give me instead half steak half brisket the gave me quarter of each.

The teenagers who work here spend more time chatting with each other than actually serving people. Food quality is mediocre and portions are low, as others have said. Drive a mile further for another location.

I had a really disappointing experience at Chipotle today. The lettuce in my bowl was clearly not washed properly - I found mud in it, which was extremely off-putting. To make matters worse, in the same portion, there was a sharp wooden stick, about 2 inches long. I couldn't believe something so dangerous made it into my meal. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, and it has definitely made me reconsider coming back.
Chipotle needs to seriously improve its quality control.

they gave me 3/6 of my ingredients on my takeout bowl. i paid 15 dollars for this pathetic shit.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and food quality I encountered during my recent visit to your Chipotle location. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expect from your brand, and I feel compelled to share the details.

Upon receiving my order, I was alarmed to find that the vegetables were covered in mud and soil, which not only affected the presentation but raised concerns about food safety and hygiene. Additionally, I discovered a sharp, two-inch wooden piece embedded in my food. This was not only unappetizing but also posed a significant safety risk.

When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy and sincere apologies. There was no acknowledgment of the severity of the situation, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It was evident that this was not an isolated incident, as the manager's demeanor suggested that such issues may occur frequently at this location.

I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to improve the quality of food and service at this establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Chipotle Franchise Owners, the employees at this location need a lot of training! The food ? is not hot, everything seems to be sitting in the bowls for too long.

In my opinion, the kid’s who work at the restaurant have not been adequately trained. I come from the main Chipotle in Denver and I have never seen this way of serving a customer.

Really enjoyed this place, the manager Adrian does a great job at taking care of the guests and keeping the place in order. Will be back for sure.
