I'm sorry to write a negative review about this place, I was super excited to try it out! Went with my six year old daughter who has special needs . I got her a small gelato which she started eating it as soon as she got it. Turns out my credit card was not processing and I asked if they would take cash she said no. I didn't have another credit card on me but I know the number, could she punch in the number? NO, that won't work she said and I have to take back the gelato. So, of course my girl starts screaming and yelling and we left. I asked if I could possibly come back and give her the money, she said No. I would love to go back but this makes me think they don't care about repeat customers. Since she already started eating the gelato they probably just threw it away. What a waste. The girl at the front was also very rude when we first walked in and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Very unwelcoming to customers.

I usually don't ever post bad reviews but I've tried going to this earth bowl location twice now and have had nothing but problems. First and foremost was the extremely rude customer service. I walked in with a smile on my face and got nothing but unfriendly eye rolls as if i wasn't welcome or doing them any good by supporting their business. Second was the quality. I don't think they know how to make overnight oats because the texture of oats to liquid ratio was very off. Their fruit also wasn't the freshest and they assembled my bowl very poorly. I'm not sponsored at all but berry brand in Tustin is worth the drive to go there instead. I just tried them out for the first time and what a difference. I won't be coming back to earth bowl anymore.

Our experience at this Acai bowl spot in Aliso was absolutely fantastic! The variety of base options was a pleasant surprise, allowing us to choose two bases to craft our perfect bowls. The combination of crunchy oats and soaked oats provided a wonderful contrast in textures and flavors. The chia seeds added a nutritional boost !The abundance of fresh, colorful fruits that adorned our bowls truly transported us to a tropical paradise with each spoonful. While we missed having Nutella as an option, the diverse selection of other toppings more than made up for it. From the sweet honey drizzle to the satisfyingly crunchy granola, every bite was a delightful blend of flavors and textures.The only slight drawback was the relatively higher price point, but the quality and taste of the Acai bowls definitely justified the cost for us. It's clear that the establishment puts a lot of thought and care into their offerings, making us excited to return and explore even more combinations. I've seen quite a few Earth Bowls pop up in the area - it's a customizable acai bowl place with tons of toppings to choose from.The design is chipotle style. You first choose your bowl size, base (can choose up to 2 for a sm/med and 3 for a large) of acai, pitaya, etc., then go ham on the toppings. Don't worry, they'll somehow fit it all in just like a chipotle burritoFor 3 of us, we chose a medium with frozen acai + pitaya and added granola, fruits, seeds, nut butter, etc etc.The acai was a great texture, not too frozen or melty and the medium was enough for a quick snack. They have the corner location where fatburger used to be, so there are a lot of tables outside

When Earth Bowl Superfoods opened at the Aliso Town Center, I was excited to try it with the name sounding like it serves healthy food. Tonight, my five year old was having a bathroom emergency and we went to use the bathroom. There was an elderly woman ahead of us waiting, and we went behind her when a young wavy haired woman working there told us the bathroom was closed. I explained to her that it was an emergency, as my young son was about to have "a potty accident." She seemed kind hearted and said she'd see if he could use it and asked a petite dark haired women at the counter who must have more seniority or be her superior. "Sorry, the bathroom is closed." that young women told us bluntly. I, again, explained that it was an emergency but she again refused. Exasperatex, I told her that I was pretty sure an exception could be made for a 5-year-old but she did not reverse course. No other bathrooms were open as everything else was closed in the vicinity. When I left I saw her laughing and talking about the situation to the customers there. We then saw another customer leave the bathroom and another go in. Management: please don't put people in charge who can't think on their feet to recognize that you can help a young child about to pee his pants. By the age of the woman, I doubt she has kids ... but one day she may be the mother with a young child just needing someone to be slightly kind and HUMAN.
Very pricey but you get what you pay for (hope it's a couple of dollars less tho)Let's support local businesses you all so they stay in biz!
