Service is great and ramen is okay. Inside is a little tacky but I could get past it. Do not get the Karaage though, or anything with chicken, it is terrible. Everything is overpriced.

Ordered a chicken ramen and miso ramen, and while the broth and noodles were decent, the chicken was inedible. The meat was hard, stringy, and truly couldn't be even pulled apart to eat. I had been wanting to try this ramen for some time, but for the price, I was horribly disappointed and can't say I'd go back for a second try after this experience.

Unfortunately I did not like the food and was not able to finish, had to go somewhere else to eat. Not saying it’s bad, just that I didn’t like it.

The food is bland and over cooked. I tried a few things all were mediocre but the ramen was so terrible I couldn’t even eat it. They still charged me for it which is really not the move. Never

I have come here a few times but had a really bad experience with dine in today that definitely will make me not come back. When addressing an issue with the waitress, all she said was sorry and stand there awkwardly but did not try to fix anything. She rarely checked on our table as well, i was left waiting for her to acknowledge so i could say something/order. I feel terrible i wasted food but it was just too hard to eat.

Unfortunately, this ramen place has given me a 3 day long stomach poisonings. I've been married to the toilet the last 3 days after ordering their spicy ramen from Doordash. Not sure if it's the spicy that did it to me or the pork.

Me and my family love the Ramen (regular and spicy). Fries are good too.

All the food was amazing and the flavors were unique and delicious. The ramen was awesome, and all three of our appetizers were excellent. Service was great and attentive, I will return!

The chicken in our ramen was very cold and dropped into the bowl just before being served to us. After inspecting it a little, it was clear that chicken was not made today, probably 2 or 3 days ago. I asked the server and she said that they refrigerate the chicken to "keep it fresh". Well the chicken was days old and after steeping in the broth, it made the rest of the bowl smell funky. The server knew that we weren't happy about being served a safety risk in a bowl, so she avoided eye contact with us for the rest of our time and just dropped the tab mumbling under her breath. She's young so I imagine she was just anxious, but her other coworker was nice enough and had good social skills to apologize for the quality of the food and our experience. This place seriously needs to be shut down, it's not legal to serve us what we ate.

I don’t know what happened to this place in comparison to when it first opened, but it’s changed. Went there for dinner with my family last night and the noodles were all stuck together and did not taste fresh at all. The bowls have also changed and the portion size was half what it used to be. There was only one poor waitress serving all the people and although she was nice, I could tell she was stressed. Although clearly not her fault, things just took longer than it expected. I’m really sad because I used to really like this ramen place and now the quality of the ramen is quite poor and not even my kids, who love ramen, enjoyed their meal. Sadly, I no longer recommend this place.

First time visit and really enjoy the spicy tonkotsu ramen, matsunomi ramen, karaage chicken and spicy cucumber. Great food flavors and excellent friendly service. We definitely will come here again soon.
The tonkotsu ramen (spicy and non spicy) are delicious. The cucumbers in hot chili oil is addictive and I can't get enough. I also had the croquette and they're delicious. A new fav of mine.
I had heard good things about this place, but maybe the ownership had changed? I was totally disappointed.I ordered spicy tonkotsu ramen. The broth was good, but the noodles were curly egg noodles. I do like this kind of noodles, but that’s not what I expected for a tonkotsu ramen. (Tonkotsu ramen usually comes with pale, thin straight noodles.)And the noodles were also too soft without “koshi.” (It was overcooked.)When I asked, the server had no idea, and she said there was only one kind of noodles. That did it for me.She was nice and friendly, but she also forgot to bring napkins and chopsticks until I asked. (The customers sitting next to me also had to ask.)Broth: 4 starsNoodles: 1 starToppings: 3 starsService: 2 starsWould I come back? Probably not. Would I recommend this place? Not if you know anything about ramen.
Unfortunately, they changed the taste and ordering style. It is now very sugary sweet. The charsu, the bamboo, even the eggs. Not sure if they fired the old chef or what, but this new chef is just dumping sugar on everything.
