It was a cool autumn day so I opted for the shrimp stew (Chupa de Camerones) with a side of bread. The stew/soup is a nice change of pace from cheese and cream based soups available in so many restaurants.

The soup was full of shrimp, potatoes, rice, tomatoes and onion. It's very aromatic so it's a pleasure to both the nose and mouth.

The serving seemed like 2 - 3 cups. It was very filling.

Looking for something different but not that extreme. Give this family owned place a try. I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years. Is it authentic Peruvian food? There are many different types of dishes. Large portions. Very friendly staff.
