Krave Kobe Burger Grill

Outstanding, truly! Excellent food, really fresh and the fries were near perfect. Kid friendly in the way that they immediately offered to fire the child’s food first, which is amazing, they also had high chairs and a child’s menu. This is our 2nd time here and it was just as top-notch as the first. Also cannot say enough fabulous things about the service, it goes far beyond any expectation. The last thing I’ll mention is the beautiful/interesting local art that is displayed inside, really neat. This place deserves your business!

Kid-friendliness: Child seats, child menu, fired child food first

I’m am so disappointed to leave this review because we really enjoyed this restaurant at first. We went the first week it opened and we were amazed with the service and everything we ate. We took food to go a few weeks later and my food was ok but my wife and daughters food was so dry and over cooked that they didn’t eat it. We didn’t give up at that point and came to eat in person one more time but that was the last time we are there. Those at the counter were clearly confused about what proper service should look like. They kept bring out poorly cooked food and apologizing but they finally told us the normal chef want there and offered us free food. I had already rated my food long before they brought my wife’s food out correctly. They just kept bringing out the food and telling us what it was and we would say that’s not what we ordered. This happened multiple times but we never complained or came back to the counter. They just knew they couldn’t get it right. Like I said they did offer us a consolation prize but the deal was sealed and my wife said we could never go back. So sad since we really enjoyed the food but the quality was never there again and it was too frustrating to try again.

Burgers were delicious. We had the colossal burger- big enough to share. The fries were as good as or better than In N Out! Everything was Juicy and tasty! The shrimp bowl was also delicious- Great sauce and portion for the price. Also, great service. We ate everything before we thought to take a pic. Sorry. Just go and have it yourself, you’ll be thankful you did. Patio was a nice place to eat as well. Cozy and TVs for entertainment.

Had a nice dinner here, everything was fresh and well-made. Staff were super accommodating and helped me with my order.

The Kaliente burger was super tasty and the regular/sweet potato fries were a perfect complement to the burger.

If you are " Kraving"a burger and fries this is the place to go!Best Kobe burgers ,awesome fries and friendly staff! I do lettuce wrap and it's still amazing! If you are going to a movie near by or lunch perfect place to go. Fun outdoor seating and TVs airing the current sports. Family friendly!

Amazing service and food. The owner graciously greeted us upon entering and chef served up some amazing food. Had the double burger and onion rings, so much flavor! Huge portion sizes, I'm getting the single patty next time I stop in, lol. Would highly recommend to stop in! Go Lakers! Kobe forever 8/24

Came here with 4 other people who also didn’t enjoy their meals, we got 2 burgers, 2 steak sandwiches, and a steak bowl, all which were very plain. For the price $14.99 the steak bowl was practically kid size and didn’t come with veggies like advertised, both burgers and one of the sandwiches were over cooked and for $5 onion rings we got maybe 7 small rings in total and also overcooked.The woman in the front was VERY nice but the man serving food was VERY rude. After waiting a very long time for our food and asking where it was and that we had been waiting almost 30 mins he corrected us that it had been 20 mins. That doesn’t make it any better. That’s still an absurd amount of time to get food and we still waited 15 more mins after. When one of us was not happy with the sandwich and asked for a refund he tossed the money back to her and had a attitude. Overpriced, and bad customer service. Very very very disappointed.

Saw a review from a fellow Google contributor for this place in my home town. We had noticed that Krave Kobe had opened where the Paris Baggett had closed during the pandemic so it seemed time to check it out.We were very pleased with our meals. The hamburgers were perfectly cook to order and included a thick slice of tomato, lettuce and pickles. The hamburger buns are some of the best we've had.And finally, the sweet potato fries were definitely 5 star quality.

Before our order of medium well and medium rare burgers came out, we can hear a customer complain to an employee that her burgers were undercooked. When we got our burgers, they were overcooked. We think the chef was spooked by the earlier complaint of undercook and made ours overcooked to be safe. We were very satisfied with our two previous visits but I am giving this a 3 because it is now a hit or miss. The staff is also a hit or miss. The kid with the accent is the nicest but we got some tall kid yesterday who was not friendly. For the price of the meal, the place can look a little better. Maybe cleaner tables and stocked napkins?

Had 2 sliders and sweet potato fries. The sliders were excellent due mainly to the meat, but also the grilled onion and sauce. They didn't need anything else.

Walked in, was not impressed. Dirty tables and floors, no employee in sight to take our order for a minute or so, explicit music playing. We almost walked out! I’m glad we didn’t, the burger was DELICIOUS. I got the Kaliente, which wasn’t as spicy as I was expecting, but tasted amazing. We came intending to sit and stay, but decided to take out because the environment was not friendly or welcoming. I recommend you Door Dash so you can enjoy the delicious food without the negative service experience!

We had a great experience here. The burgers were solid, the fries were amazing, the shakes were awesome. They noticed we downed the fries quickly and brought is some more. Overall good time and great food.

This place is awesome, and the staff are amazingly nice!! The steak sandwich was so flavorful and the meat was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato fries are some of the best I've had as well. Highly recommend this place!!!
