I’ve come to this location a lot lately and the service is always different. Some of the employees are okay with pretending there is no customer clearly standing there waiting for help. And some are great! In particular, Emily is always kind, friendly and extremely helpful! I really appreciated her going out of her way to help me!

Our family loves the choices that we get at nekter. From the smoothies to the scoop, it gives us all the options to have a healthy snack. My favorite is the the Açaí peanut butter bowl, which is what i happen to get during this visit. My son got the dragon fruit bowl and it was a delightful snack. We had just both finished our soccer games and the protein and fruit made a great recover snack to get us to the last event of the day. The only thing that was not “perfect” is that the order was placed well before hand and we arrived 10mins past the per order time but our order was not ready yet. We love the Aliso Nekter and visit normally once a week are excited to now have the app to use to get rewards. Thank you and blessings till the next visit!

If you like Nékter, go to a different one. The service at this one is terrible, product was out, and the order I received was heavily inaccurate. I sincerely regret the 20% tip I left, as the service I got was far from prompt. Nice decor, but location is ruined with bad service

I went here with my kids, and they loved it. They both got the acai mango bowl, and oh boy, they liked it. I got the acai dragon fruit bowl, and I loved it. I suggest going to this place when you are in need of a smoothie,acai bowl, or before a game.

Pretty funny, the employee makes a mistake, charges me double, then tells me to call customer service and fix the problem ?. No company has good customer service anymore. Not even a smoothie place.

We usually order the Mango Delight smoothie and love it. However today it was terribly made. It wasnt thick and creamy, it was watery in texture and tasted like very diluted mango water. Not good at all. I expect to get the same quality drink every time, especially at 10$ a drink! Disappointed.

I DoorDash a smoothie bc I was sick in bed with the flu. The drink that arrives is just plain orange juice. Looks nothing like the picture and is not a smoothie at all. Tried to call and see what happened & the number doesn’t work. Never will I order from here again. Thanks for my $16 orange juice.
