I came here to have my lunch and I asked for a bowl one entree and one side .King paw chicken with
Mix of rice and chow mein.
I asked her if she can put my food in togo box
She was very rude. She put my food in a bowl and when I asked her that I wanted it on a plate she mixed the rice with chow mein. I don’t know what I’m eating.

I have been a customer for 5 years but not anymore, lately their customer service has been bad and I will not be returning to this place.I ordered a bowl, but when I saw that the portion of the entrée was smaller than usual ( I ordered Black pepper sirloin that is + $1.50 ) , I asked for a larger plate. The employee looked displeased and told me she would give me a small side of entree instead. I told her I preferred the plate, but she made another displeased expression , I repeated that I wanted a plate.
When she finally transferred my food, it looked as if she had just thrown it onto the plate, leaving the edges stained and messy. I pointed this out and told her that this was not a good way to treat customers, that she shouldn't have that attitude. Instead of addressing my concern, she walked over to her coworker and started speaking negatively about me., I paid more than $ 13 dls .

They up charged me to a big plate by adding two half orders of Chow Mein. So I went back a second time to test it out and yet again they charged me for a “big plate” when I only ordered 2 items and a side. This time on the receipt, they put down I purchased fried rice and chow mein, which I didn’t. DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMING EVERYONE

Few things which I found wrong and weird.
1. If you're going to correct an employee, don't do it in front of customers. It's embarrassing and humiliating to the employee.
2. Don't keep opening and closing a customer's plate if there's nothing you're adding to it. It comes off a weird when you're laughing and smiling at it while you're doing it.
3. Don't stick the scooper back into the customer's food as they're about to pay. Isn't that a health code violation?
I assume the black shirt means some sort of leadership position. This is towards the short female who was correcting the employee in front of everyone.

Panda is always consistently from store to store. I can always rely on the kung Pao to taste as good as at home wherever I go.
Reasonable Mandarin food. Good flavors and a respectable spice level for the spicy dishes. The Flaming Bourbon Chicken was delicious. I always get Beijing Beef and usually the monthly special.

This is hands down the best panda Express I've ever been to
I do wish they weren't forced to ask for donations when they're the billion dollar corporation and they can donate on their own. I shouldn't have to do it for them.

The Good: Food is usually ok.
The Bad:
1) When they are down to the dregs of a certain dish, and the dregs have been there stewing for an hour and are really unappetizing, they'll make more and you get to wait. Then they add the fresh food to the dregs AND SERVE YOU THE DREGS! What was the point of waiting for fresh food, only to be served the nasty old stuff that they should have thrown away?
2) When they run out of a dish, they ask the cooks to make more. But they don't pay enough attention to make sure the cooks heard the order and that the dish is actually being made! So you end up waiting longer than necessary while the rest of your meal, that was already put into the box, gets cold. And then, to make matters worse... See Point #1!

Great Panda Express, staff is normal not super friendly not aggressive and not annoying. Food is good plenty to choose from. Even if you are vegan or on a diet and calorie conscious. Price is OK for 2024 inflation creep. Menu have some changes over time so worth to check if you haven't beed for a while.

I had the most awesome and wonderful experience I’ve ever had at any US restaurant (fast food or full service or even Michelin) at this location tonight. Berenice greeted us and helped with our orders. She was not only welcoming and friendly and provides excellent service, but you can feel that she genuinely cares and respects her job. She also offers to give the remaining pieces of the walnut shrimp dish as a complimentary side because they were out of it. I was very impressed with this level of customer service and wanted to give tips, but didn’t have the option to do so with my credit card payment, so I chose to donate to their charity. When I did, they rang a bell and the whole employee team said “thank you” in the most genuine way - this might just be their management training/strategy, but this tells you how much Panda Express cares about their customers as well as their employees, and about giving back. Thank you to Berenice and the whole team there tonight - you made this world more beautiful by caring.
