Having gone to Stadium Brewery many years ago and finding the food and especially service horrible. We figured one more try, mainly because we wanted to play trivia. I ordered a tea with lemon and had to ask 3 times before the waitress finally remembered to bring it! The chicken tacos were dry and tasteless. Our waitress was pretty much useless as she would stop by and ask if we needed anything and sprint away before we could respond! My friend told me the next day that her meal kept her in the bathroom most of the night! We will find somewhere else as they haven't changed a bit, still horrible!!

First visit. Nice environment. Okay drinks. Slow service. Overly rich food. Chicken Parm was with Alfredo sauce and too rich. Salmon was also served with a sauce that was too rich. You can’t taste the meat through the velveta-like sauce. Food arrived slowly, requiring two drinks (no water offered) before food served. Peach cobbler was okay, but crunchy peaches? Not right. When done, set a timer to see how long before anyone noticed we were ready to check out. 10.5 minutes. Auto-tip minimum was 19%. Given the aftershave on our server, 15% would’ve been generous. We typically leave 25% or more, but we felt quite neglected. We will try again, but hopefully it will be a better experience.

Ambiance and servers were amazing. Appetizers were good and their beers were perfectly chilled.

Hostess sat us down and no one helped us. We just left after 35 minutes.
I was pretty excited that Stadium expanded their outdoor seating during covid. My family and I had a wonderful lunch outdoors today.

This place is delicious. They offer a wide range of TV options for sports fans. When we went there the first time, I just thought it was just a brewery, but it's not. It has a full-service bar, restaurant, and brewery with a 60-tap selection. So if you're into brew, I recommend you come here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the food served and the beers on offer. Now let's talk about the yummy food.
Nacho Grande is huge; it fills the whole plate. It comes with its house chips layered with cheeses and topped with black beans, pico de gallo, pickled jalapeño, and house salsa. You can add a protein for an additional cost, which I recommend you do. It added it to the massive nacho plate. They also give a side of sour cream, guacamole, and more salsa. I highly recommend this dish; you get your money's worth.
I recommend getting the Hefeweizen with the nachos. It’s a wheat ale with a light body and a subtle hint of banana clove. Stadium Brewing Company brews this beer.
The following item I tried was the French Dip. It was so delicious. One of the best French Dips I’ve had in a while. It sliced House-Roasted Ribeye, Cream Horseradish, Provolone Cheese, and grilled onion on a French roll with au jus. I recommend getting extra au jus so you can dip and pour it over the French dip.
I recommend you get the Guinness. It’s an Irish stout. It’s a good combination. It’s only 4.2% ABV.
If you're into brew, Aliso Viejo, I recommend you stop by.

Great place to watch baseball and football. Brats/onions are outstanding! Thanks to the staff for the recommendation on the shoet-term menu item.

Love the selection of beers, they have Pliny on tap regularly. Great appetizers and even better vibes. I always sit outside on the patio, I have been coming here for years and recommend this spot for a drink and a relaxing/fun evening. Super fun on Cinco de Mayo too 😆

The food was decent. They have different options from your normal micro brewery/sports bar. Deceptive pricing on the kids menu so beware of that.

I came in for lunch because of the excellent service I received the night before from a male server whose name I unfortunately do not remember. He was kind, attentive, and made the evening enjoyable. That experience brought me back, even though the food is nothing special. Sometimes it is not about the food. It is about how you are treated.
This time, the service could not have been more different. The young Asian female server with the line tattoos clearly lacked proper training. She was rude, condescending, and dismissive from the moment I sat down. Her sudden fake smile when dropping off the bill felt forced and insincere.
Ambiance means nothing when the service makes you feel unwelcome. One great server brought me back. One bad one made sure I will not return.

About 3 dozen craft beers on tap with a dozen made in house. Large outdoor and indoor seating with a much smaller bar area than you’d expect. I lost count of the number of flat screen TVs, at least 15. Feels like the place caters to groups meeting for lunch or dinner than to friends who want to grab a seat at the bar, have a few beers while watching the game - there's no audio from the TVs. I had the smash burger, it was 5/10. Good flavors but missing that crispy texture, especially from the edges, you should get from a well made smash burger.

Worst charcuterie board ever. 4 pieces of salami. 1 slice of prociutto, 2 pieces of cheese, old grapes and 2 strawberries. A lot of dried fruit (sugar cost pineapple) Ended up eating crackers with Dijon mustard to fill it up a little bit. Bad deal. We have been customers for years, and our favorite place to meet up with our friends. Please, make it better. The guy helping us was really nice. Of course we will come back, but never asking for that item again.

This place is hands down one of our favorite places to go! They serve some of the freshest, best-tasting beer around—always perfectly chilled and packed with flavor. It’s our go-to spot for a reason. The fries and wings are also top-notch—crispy, flavorful, and the perfect match for their amazing brews. Great atmosphere, great food, and even better beer. Highly recommend!
