I visited your Starbucks today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The cashier was unable to understand my order — I asked for a drink without syrup and to use a sugar substitute instead. However, my drink was made with syrup, the matcha powder was poorly mixed, and all the foam on top was covered with bitter powder, making it impossible to drink. I asked for a remake, but the second drink was also poorly prepared — there was no proper foam and the taste was completely off. I wasted my time and money, and never received the drink I ordered.

Besides the worst attitudes on the planet this store has had forever, I think their ability to craft Starbucks drinks needs everyone to be retrained because my order is different and wrong everytime somehow? The new Pumpkin chai latte didn’t taste like pumpkin… or chai… it was just straight up milk….and I order a pumpkin chai latte every year!! The one the other day was amazing , sadly not at this location. i don’t know what it is but even the youngest person has an attitude! I’m sorry her day is going horrible , probably management.

Very rude experience. The cashier only spoke in a curt, tone and gave a rude attitude. She did not give any direction to help clean up my drink that was leaking. The drink was also very icy, the slush became almost white.

The barista didn't spend enough time on my drink and she gave me attitude when handing my drink. When I took a sip of my drink, it tasted awful and not like usual. I asked her to stir it and she gave me attitude again and it still didn't taste well. We asked for a refund and she got her manager that was very nice and gave us one. You should control your employee.

the server was very rude. she rolled her eyes at us when we asked for a water and said that if we’re in that big of a rush, to go to another starbucks. she was overall a bad barista and this isn’t the first time this has happened to me or my friends.
