The owner of this store is quite possibly the most unprofessional and unpleasant human being I have ever met in the restaurant business. He baits and switches people with particular advertised prices only to ring up orders under different prices within the store. He makes up completely arbitrary rules for prices based on his mood. This store is a scam and I highly advise you to ignore it.

Came in for a sandwich around 7pm. The place was not busy and one person working. My sandwich was made with the the minimal amount of everything. I get the same sandwich every time I go to any subway and they are always consistent. Not at this subway. My husband started to say something and the lady just smiled and asked if we wanted chips. She didn't even give us the bag and napkins just handed me the wrapped sandwich. Won't be returning even though it is walking distance from our home.

I’m very disappointed I was looking forward to having a nice subway sitting inside in the air-conditioning. It’s currently 90° out I was told I have to take it outside. I didn’t understand why I needed to sit outside when she was open the whole time . She was mopping the floor she seemed a bit flustered I will never go back.

This place is horrible. If I could give it a zero, i would. The workers are very nice but they told me the owner doesn't accept coupons and now charges for extra veggies. He charges for everything that all the other subways give for free. I also got super sick after eating here too and threw up three times from the sandwich. It was the only thing I ate the whole day. Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else. Horrible.

We recently moved to Aliso and we have been to this Subway location several times. We love to see Amy when we go. She offers to cut up the tomatoes on my son’s sandwich, she helped me bring my catering order to my car, and is overall such a positive person.

This place is the worst!! I love Subway, however, the people and the owner that work at this location are beyond rude. They made my order wrong refused to correct it, and the lady that worked there was so argumentative. I reached out to the owner because I was in such shock. He is just as bad!! Didn't offer to compensate for my sandwich that could not even be eaten. When I got back to work, my co workers told me that they refuse to go to this location because the staff is so RUDE!! Worth the extra drive to not have to ever walk back into this place again.

This Subway has food that is fresh even in the evening. Also, even though the time was to close the business, Amy was opened until last customer. And she was very polite despite late hoirs and tired customers. Thank you Amy. We will come back.

Always dependable for 6 inch wheat tuna .I get tuna, no cheese, not toasted , w tomato , banana peppers, heavy vinegar , soda , maybe chips .The Turkey sandwich is ok.As usual , the fixings are fine .Above two are all I order !

The sandwiches are well made, taste great, bread tastes fresh... And the staff are very courteous. But what really stands out about this place is every time I come here it's SO VERY CLEAN. The owner of this joint must be a stickler for cleanliness. A definite plus given the recent pandemic.

Very pleased with my experience, the manager or owner was very attentive with everyone, he was leading by example ( hard to find nowadays) by greeting customers and cleaning tables. Very clean location, workers seemed happy and very well trained in providing good customer service. Thank you!
